We basically had preventative maintenance and a few fixes here and there, both interior and exterior, to replace old plumbing and make sure things are working smoothly. Louis did not hesitate to go the extra mile, actually adding to and going beyond the original scope in various ways, at no extra cost, to fix it right, use the right materials, and make sure his work would stand the test of time. He's surely a master plumber, who takes pride, and is therefore very well deserving of praise, as well as our (and your) future business. Very happy. Wife too . . .

I had a bit of an emergency with my kitchen sink and Louis came out and fixed it right away. The prices are reasonable and they were professional. Louis noticed my kitchen cabinets were not closing properly (they were right behind the sink and where the sink was) and he went above and beyond to fix them for me which was something he did not need to do. That act of kindness was very much appreciated!

On Christmas night, I discovered water pouring out from underneath our kitchen cabinets. It was a ton of water and we ended up having to shut the water off from the valve beneath the sink. The next day we called Clogbusters and set up an appointment for them to come and evaluate what was going on. They came out when they said they would and called beforehand to remind us of their arrival time. They were able to assess what the problem was fairly quickly, however, they needed to come back to fix it since it was a pipe inside my kitchen wall. Again, they called and came exactly when they said they would. It was not very long and they had the pipe replaced with a brand new one. They are very friendly and they work very quickly and neatly. This was my 2nd time calling them out to my house. The first time it was just to get an estimate for some plumbing work that would have simply been cosmetic as we switched from a regular type hot water heater to a tankless one and had some copper piping left in the closet from the original heater. However, Louis (the owner) told us we didn't really need to eliminate the copper pipes unless we really wanted to. In the end, we haven't done anything with the pipes, but one day we may decide to do the work just to have the closet looking neater. I find this company to be very reliable and honest and I highly recommend them. Hopefully, I won't have any more plumbing woes for a very long time, but if I do, I will be calling them.

Integrity! I called Clogbusters to fix what I thought was a clog. Within 2 minutes the technician properly diagnosed that the root problem was my septic tank, not a clog. I asked if he thought we should snake the pipes just in case, but he said no that he didn't want to waste my money. Did not charge me for coming out and actually suggested two different companies that I could contact for the septic tank. Sure enough the tank was full and pumping it resolved all issues. It's hard to find a company that you can trust nowadays. I will definitely call Clogbusters in the future and highly recommend them!
