I had just moved into a new house and the drain pipe for my washing machine was clogged. Chris B came out and had it unclogged and working in no time . He explained everything he was doing and what the problem was. I'd definitely recommend giving these guys a call.

My tenants let me know about a plumbing issue the night before they were moving in. I live on the opposite site of town so I really needed a plumber to come the following morning when I was scheduled already to meet with an eletrician. I didn't want the tenants to have to wait days to have working plumbing. I couldn't believe Clog Pro was able to send someone out on such a short notice - it was 4 pm when I got them on the phone. That was a giant brownie point there. From reading all the reviews of various plumbers I was concerned about a plumber just showing up. No-shows seem to be a common occurrence when it comes to plumbers as well as being over charged and shoddy work being done. I was really anxious about what could be causing my problem - water from the kitchen sink showing up in the bathtub didn't sound good. Not only did Chris show up exactly on time, he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in record time. And I wasn't charged an arm and a leg. Well, needless to say Clog Pro is my new plumber. I now have peace of mind that I have someone reliable and affordable to take care of all my plumbing needs.

And to add another facet to their incompetence....the plumber put all the new pluming off center. He did the lazy thing and just kept everything in the same position as the smaller shower...except the shower is now bigger. The stone work I wanted to do up the center of the wall is now impossible. Thanks for your laziness. I guess I expected to much for over $150 an hour. Think twice before calling these people

Highly recommend clog pro. They squeezed us in on the same day when we got in over our heads with a DIY bathroom remodel. Chris came (on time) and fixed up our leaky sink and was helpful explaining each part. Maybe we can do it ourselves next time. He also had tips for the non plumbing parts of our remodel. Friendly and courteous. Up front about the price. A bit more than we wanted to spend but it's comforting to know the job is done right by a professional.

Very satisfied with the work and the price. Jesse was at our home on time and he diagnosed the slow drain problem quickly. Even though the problem ended up being more difficult than he anticipated, he charged the fee he quoted. By the way, the fee was less than I anticipated.

I had a leak from the base of my toilet. I am the granddaughter of a master plumber and I know somethings about plumbing. I called Clog Pro after being stood up by two other plumbers. I had my appt scheduled, and I got the flu. They kindly rescheduled even though it was last minute. I had a two hour window for my appt and the office called when the plumber was coming. They showed up! I told him to park around the side and the guy gave me a look like, you expect me to walk over there multiple times. My neighbor happened to be gone and he borrowed their driveway. He came in and had a trainee with him. I showed him the toilet and asked if he would use a wax free flange to fix it. He lectured me about why I had to have the old technology instead of what I requested. The quote he gave me was higher than it should have been. I had made the mistake of telling him about the no show plumbers. I tried to negotiate a lower price and he went in to the reasoning behind the price. First he said that there was a ""man"" fee just for coming out. I told him his office told me they would not charge for coming out. Then he went to the reason why very thing was so high, gas was really expensive. I told him that it was the lowest it's been in years. I was without a working toilet on the first floor for 2 weeks, so I just paid it. He just talked to me like I was some stupid woman. The work was complete on this very simple job. It has only been a couple of days, so we will see.

Will I hire them again, only if I have 2 other plumbers stand me up.

Marsh came out to give me an estimate on a residential 30 foot water line replacement from the meter to the house. I had read about how the new trenchless machine would be cheaper than digging up my yard by hand. Makes sense; less labor; cost less. He gave me an estimate to do the job at 2 grand! With total sticker shock, I asked him if there was a cheaper method. He then said he could do the job with his new excavator for 300 bones cheaper but that would mean tearing up the yard. Now completely confused I decided to check the DEX yellow pages that had been sitting on my doorstep for 3 days. First of all, CLOGPRO was not even LISTED in the YELLOW pages. I guess they think that NOT paying for advertising will help their business. This bothered me--so I decided to call a plumber that had a whole page add with COUPONS to boot. They came out ASAP and bid the job for less and with a BORING MACHINE. I got WIRSBO pipe--the whole works! I even asked MARSH if he was giving me an honest competitive bid and he said yes--NOW I SAY B.S. Make sure you call the BIG BOY plumbers before you decide to get snaked by CLOGpro.

And LASTLY, I don't give a damn about clean cut customer service--it doesn't get the job done any better. Send me a plumber in dirty clothes with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth, I don't care; as long as the JOB gets DONE right at a reasonable no-nonsense price without all the smooth talk and fake smiles.

Called with a plumbing issue and was greeted by a wonderful gal who answered the phone (didn't catch her name). Explained our issue and she got right on dispatching a worker out to our house. She was even kind enough to call and let us know when he was on the way. Jesse showed up and took great care of us.
