I came back from vacation to find what appeared to be water in my foyer from the outside faucet, possibly from a leak inside the wall. I contacted 7 different plumbers and the soonest I could get someone to even come look at it was 1-2 weeks out. Clog Pro actually answered the phone, and scheduled someone between 2-4 p.m. the same day I called. I got a courtesy call at 3 p.m. indicating that the plumber had a delay at the last site and would be coming closer to 4 p.m. I even received a call letting me know that they were about 15 minutes out. The office staff were very helpful and courteous.

Robert and Chris took care of things in short order. The faucet wasn't leaking into the wall (probably external water leaking under the door from the bad valve that sprayed everywhere) and he replaced it in about 30 minutes and gave a lot of ""insider"" tips on how to maintain the valve so it won't wear out, to look at my meter to verify if there's ever a leak, and put a superior faucet on my house versus the builder-grade one.

Their hourly rate was about $50 more than the competitors, and I'll gladly spend the extra money on respectful, competent, and efficient contractors! I don't write many reviews, and I do for exceptional service. I will use them again for future plumbing needs, guaranteed! Thank you, Clog Pro!

First time home-owners here, and first time we needed a contractor job. Water was flooding out of the underground ABS drain pipe the gutters drain to, in addition to flooding our crawlspace. Our storm water drain line had disconnected from the city line and roots had grown in (this was 8 feet underground in our yard!). Everything was great with Clogpro, from Louis who came out and blasted the roots to drain the water as a temporary fix, to Jessi who did our bid, to the crew who showed up the day to work as scheduled (+ Jessi, who showed up at the beginning of the job to go over things with the crew boss man which is awesome). They used extra back fill to level the area of the yard that had actually sunken down from this problem, instead of charging to cart in and cart out fill. They had to remove the steps of my deck to get equipment through - when they were done the steps were actually secured better and more level than they were before! Girls at the office are top notch as well, thanks to Theresa. Highly recommend these guys, cheers!

Clog Pro was available on the weekend, and that's when we had the overflowing basement drain, so we needed it resolved ASAP. The clog was cleared quite quickly, and since Louis had all the equipment in his truck we were able to scope the lines and see what issues may be contributing to the line and see what we might need to deal with in the future. We hope we don't need to call again, but I would to hesitate to call this very professional and easy going company.

Clog Pro came out today to clear out my sewer main. I was experiencing very slow drains and Louis cleared a clog and removed some pesty tree roots too. He was very professional and quick.

I had a bum disposal leaking under my cabinets with a side order of a clogged drain and Louis Griffith got it all fixed I no time for me. I've been using Clog-pro for years, and they've always done a good job. Our bathroom sink was clogged and leaking. We managed to stop the leak, but not the clog. Called for help and Louis Griffith came to our rescue. I didn't recognize him and we got off to a bad start when he tracked in mud onto my carpet. He said he didn't have booties but will sometimes put plastic bags over his shoes if the carpet is white. My carpet is brown. I told him it shouldn't matter the color of the carpet. Louis was very apologetic and got a rag to help us clean up the mud. Moving on to the bathroom, he noticed we had put a washer in backwards and pleasantly showed the right way to do it plus gave advice on using plumbers tape. It only took him about 5 minutes to clear the line.
Overall, nice experience with just that one small hiccup about tracking in dirt. I'm a happy camper.

Louis Griffith was prompt and professional, took care of the issue of clearing my lateral to the home. I am a 35 year journeyman plumber myself but with no access at the moment to the equipment needed so I had a critical eye on what he was doing. He knew his stuff and made sure the job was complete.

We discovered all our showers and sinks were backing up with sewage water. I called Clog Pro praying I could get some out ASAP. They were able to make it the next day. Jesse came out and told me that there was a clog somewhere in the drain and a camera would help determine the problem. I was very reluctant but Jesse told me how would only run it in the area he thought it would be clog so I would not accrue that much of an expense.
To our discovery Comcast drilled a hole in my main sewer line right near the driveway under the concrete slab. Jesse let us know this unfortunately happens very often with utility lines. Jesse told us he would work with Comcast from that day forward and he would schedule a time for his crew to come out and fix the pipe. He let us know they were booked (this was also over the 4th of July weekend) and they would not be able to make it out till around 10 days later. Jesse called 1 days later and said there was an appointment near my house that finished early and he had time to work at my house.
Long story short Jesse worked with Comcast we had nothing to do with them he did everything. He also fit us in between appointment and our sewer line was fixed within a week. This was a multi appointment job because they had to dig wait for Comcast, fix the pip, and then cover it with concrete.
Everyone on the team that came to my house was very nice and they did a great job with the cement.

So far so good.
It wasn't fun to discover we had a sewage leak AND two gray water leaks, but glad it is all taken care.
Appreciated Chris sharing the before and after images so I didn't have to crawl under there, but had some sense of what we were paying for. Can rest easier now that what is happening under the house is not such a mystery.
Appreciated that he changed some of the angles of the previous pipe to help future flow. Clog pro also referred us to a clean up company, and the two worked well together to take care of a stressful situation.
Wish there was a financing option, or that our insurance would have covered.
