Over the last month we had two plumbing issues; one was a clog kitchen sink drain, and the other a toilet with worn out internal parts. Clog Pro people visited us twice. Each plumber was courteous, thorough and did the work in an efficient manner. They answered our questions. The man that unclogged the sink also checked the basement just to make sure the drain for the clothes washer sink was clear. They are now the first plumbing outfit we will call.

I called Clog Pro on the recommendation of a plumber when it turned out our drain backup problems were a sewer issue. They responded right away - on a Saturday. They had someone out to work on it on Sunday, and got the sewer line clear enough to at least use the kitchen and bathroom. In the process of doing the work, they discovered that a previous owner had incorrectly installed the toilet, and that over the years the bolts and flange had rusted beyond repair. Further, the sewer clog was still enough to keep them from getting their camera snake far enough to see the full extent of it. They came back the following Friday, once with a smaller camera to see and clear out the rest of the clog, and a second time to install a new flange and re-bolt the toilet in. Louis, Robert and Danny were all thorough, transparent, and efficient. They never did work without providing an estimate, logged their work with their main office, and explained what they were doing in detail. The one very minor issue I had was that the main office didn't call when I was told they would a couple of times, but when I called the office they always picked up, and were always friendly, helpful and professional. There were never any hidden charges, tacked on extras, upsells or other nasty surprises. I recommend Clog Pro without hesitation. They helped us out of a really unpleasant situation quickly and at reasonable prices.

I work for a restaurant chain in the Portland area and we needed our kitchen drains unclogged from a grease buildup. We originally had Rescue Rooter out and it was very clear that they were trying to run up the cost of the job without actually getting it fixed.

I had a significant clog well under the basement slab that I could not snake out for the life of me, causing water and filth to back up into the house. Clog Pro Plumbing & Drain came out and took care of it. The person who came out, Louis, was professional, courteous, and efficient. Also, he was honest. I asked him if he felt that I would need the camera inspection for this, which is an additional fee. He could have easily up-sold me on that and made some extra dough, but he was honest and said that he didn't feel it was necessary. Being good AND honest is a hard-to-find combination, which is why I will stick with Clog Pro Plumbing & Drain for all my future plumbing repairs.

They had same-day availability, gave me a flat-rate quote for clog removal that was cheaper than what anyone else quoted me, and Konner even fixed a completely unrelated problem and diagnosed the cause of the problem, without charging me extra. I called Clog Pro on Friday and they had availability the next day and didn't charge an additional fee for weekend work, which is apparently a thing in the plumbing world. I can't say their rates were super expensive or super reasonable, because I think that plumbers overall are on the spendy side. But you know what? They did a great job and now I won't have to call anyone again for a long time, hopefully. My work also came with a 60-day guarantee, which is great. I love a company that stands behind their work.

Of the three plumbing companies I called, Clog Pro was the only one that had an actual person answer the phone. The other two still haven't called me back.

I needed my bathroom tub and sink drains cleaned, as they all tend to run slow despite my best efforts to stay on top of them. I hadn't had them professionally cleaned in quite a while and they were really getting out of hand.

Patrick came out and did an excellent job. He was actually running EARLY on Saturday (who does that, btw?!) and I got a courtesy call asking if he could come early. I said yes (of course!) and after the work, I got a call from the dispatcher asking if I was satisfied with the work minutes after Patrick left.

Patrick was professional, courteous, quick - yet thorough, and he didn't make a mess (or he cleaned up after himself if he did). He's very friendly and I asked if I could add on my kitchen sink at the last minute, and he accommodated my request with no problem.

My only complaint is that I got charged a $20 truck fee (whatever that is) that I was not made aware of in advance. I guess I'm paying to help fill the truck with gas - even Patrick wasn't completely sure what this charge was, but he said it was a standard charge.

Will I call them again if I have a plumbing issue? Absolutely!

TL:DR: Great service, quick, communicative, and a 60-day guarantee. Will call again for plumbing needs.

Awesome!!! These guys are the best - we have a full house and one bathroom, so we need things fixed fast! Louis explained everything and answered my questions, and got us working again. Phew!!! Even the dogs liked him!
