I was concerned about replacing the waste pipe in my front yard. I had just installed new concrete curbing around my flower beds. I had Just had my underground irrigation pipes replaced. After watching my neighbors get their line replaced, I thought it advisable to have mine checked, so I called Clog Pro to have mine scoped. I discover that my waste line is both broken, and restricted! As I gaze across the street to view the brown ""skunk Stripe"" and assorted rocks & debris in my neighbor's yard after completion, I think about the recent curbing and new sprinkler lines being destroyed. I requested estimates from several companies, including Clog Pro. The estimates were varied and uninspiring. After they viewed the video of the pipe they said ""we gotta tear up the street"", or ""no, we don't have to""... ""you have to personally get a permit from the city"", or ""no you don't need a permit"", ""we have to break your curbing and sprinkler lines"", or ""well, we will TRY to save them"", YIKES! Clog pro came out and explained the process in great detail, and offered options based on what they may find underground. Yes, the city DOES require a permit, and they will get it for me. They will also arrange for the required locating service for gas lines etc, and all required inspections. The process will be seamless and painless, totally turn key for me. They assured me that they would not break my curbing, and if they had to remove sprinkler lines, they would be cut, and repaired, not ripped out and left. They assured me they would restore the yard to pre-dig condition, and all for a competitive price! Sounds to good to be true! Everyone knows how salespeople lie, right? But they HAD been VERY professional, from the time of the scoping right up to the estimate, so I agreed to their proposal. How did it turn out?? Just like they said it would!!! I can barely tell they were here! They even raked the grass they had flattened in the process!

Very pleased with my service from Clog Pro!
It started with me calling last Thursday, and I got the appointment set for the following Monday (today) with an 8-10am window. I received a 15 min call ahead of time to confirm I was home and ready for the appointment, within my window.
Louis was so friendly, personable and professional. He was great at explaining the work he was doing as he did it, and answered all the questions I asked in a way that was very easy to understand. He was able to take care of my drain issue in a very timely manner and gave me a couple tips and recommendations for the future. I did not feel he was trying to push any sales agenda or drag out the repairs, as they work at an hourly rate.
The prices are very good for needing to bring the truck & trailer, all the equipment and the experience and knowledge they provide for the job.
This is one of those times when it's nerve wrecking as a homeowner, not knowing what could come up, but Louis got us fixed up quickly and efficiently and I couldn't be happier!

10 months later, one of the master br sinks was clogging. True to my word, I went back to these guys. They snaked the sink clear, and used the rest of the hour to go through the house and snake the sink drains, check the tub/shower drainage, and the toilets. My recommendation stands.

A year ago my wife hired Clog Pro to come out and look at our dishwasher. For reasons that were unknown to us, whenever we ran the appliance the water would start to back up through the drain which forced us to run the disposer to drain the sink. A Clog Pro technician came out to decipher the issue and within a matter of minutes was convinced that we simply had a clog that had to be removed.

That simple diagnosis cost us around 200.00.

The technician did remove a clog, but the very next day the issue returned. When my wife called Clog Pro to report that we still had the issue, another technician came out and believed that our disposer was the issue. He offered to install a new one for 500.000 at which point my wife said no and politely turned him away. She actually installed a new one herself for not even half that price. However, even then, the drain issue never went away.

Fast forward to today and we had to replace that same dishwasher. A major appliance store came out and installed the new machine and during the installation, their technician discovered that our tubes underneath the sink running from the dishwasher and the disposer were installed incorrectly. That was the reason our three-year dishwasher died because the backup in the drain wore the machine out early.

I can't fault Clog Pro for the dishwasher installation (a home builder was responsible for that), but the first tech who came out should have looked closer under our sink. The installer found it within minutes leading us to believe that the Clog Pro technician was either too busy to look or simply overconfident. Or, perhaps, he didn't know he had to. Regardless, we had to pay almost 930.00 dollars which could easily have been avoided had Clog Pro done its due diligence.

Called to make an appointment to get a drain unclogged in my salon. They were here the next morning, Patrick did an amazing job. He knew what he was doing and had creative thinking to figure out the problem. I was very pleased with the work! I will definitely be using this company and referring to anyone that has drain problems!

I had them come out and fix my sewer line and they did a great job. They had great communication with me and they did the work in a timely manor. They picked up after themselves and it was hard to tell they were here. Would highly recommend them if you need work done.

Just had these folks out. Was very happy with what they did. Having an older house means you are ripe to get taken by plumbing contractors. I had learned that I had some root intrusion in my right of way sewer line, and also that the cast iron line was old. Our city government had made some homeowners do major replacement costing up to $10,000 or more. I had one bid of $14,000. With a rental I can't let this slide. However the aging pipe is not truly needing replacement yet---maybe in a few more decades, and ClogPro got the roots out and cleaned up the long cast iron sections for good flow for about $400.

We had a ""clog"" in our sewage line and flooded downstairs. We should had called them right away. We called the other company which was a complete waste of time and money. They charged us over $600 and temporary fixed the problem which was why I had to call clog pro and I am glad I did. I don't remember the manager name but she was very nice and was able to schedule someone to come out as soon as she could. We had LOUIS came over to our house. He was honest and professional. We thought that we had a break in the system but Louis was able to get to the root of the problem. He spent hours trying to find the sewage access (while it was pouring rain outside) to save us some money. Though he didn't find it but kudos to him for trying!! His charge was even cheaper than the first plumber and he fixed the problem. Thanks Louis for all your help!! We know who to call if we have any future plumbing issues
