We hired clogs to come in and frame in our outdoor playground equipment and we are a nonprofit organization. He charged us $10,000 to do the work and the work was done so badly that we had to have somebody else come in and rip it out and do it over. The stairs were different measurements. He used OSB products to hold up the stairs used wood that you frame house with, and left 1 inch or more gaps on the corners and I. Between the boards when you step on it the steps wiggle. He requested we pay him upfront and did not come back to fix any of the issues so we are out $10,000. He needs to stick to plumbing and not construction.
