I called because I have a clogged pipe and said I would like to have someone come take a look at it and give me a price on fixing it. She probably hung up on me thinking it was a mistake I called back answered hung up, answered, hung up very rude company run don't walk. Do not use this company if your life depended on it

Called at 9a for emergency plumbing repair on broken supply line from our well as a result of freeze. Was told by the young lady we were scheduled for 12n right after the current job. Called back at 1p just to check, told he was finishing up and should be there at 2p. Called back at 5:30p was put on hold so she could call.plumber. On hold 10 minutes and then was hung up on. Tried calling back 4-5 times and going to voice mail. They didn't have the decency and honesty in a hard freeze emergency plumbing situation to just tell me they weren't going to make it so I could have had time to try and schedule someone else. DO NOT RELY ON THESE FOLKS.

I had a clogged toilet and leaking faucet. The toilet clogged on weekend so
I goggled plumbers and talked to Clof Master. They came out on time and
gave me a quote. I accepted and they fixed everything. The only thing is the
on/off knob on shower fell off in a few days so I called them. Appointment was set up for the following Tuesday at 6:30PM. No show, no call. They do not answer phone now for me nor return calls. Then a week later, the pipe they replaced on shower in the wall busted. Still no response from them. I had to have someone else fix their problem. Everything was under warranty with Clog Master. All to no avail. I will not recommend this company to anyone. I sent a certified, return receipt letter to them too and evidently they won't accept it so I am writing letters out on them to everyone connected to this company, county, State and untities connect with the plumbing industry and their license. Pretty sad to have spent a litte over $4,000 with this company and them not to honor their word and warranty. What is so bad they supposely live right around the corner from me and could have easily dropped by to put the shower on/off knob on and they are supposely opened 24 /7 so they could have fix the coupling that sprung the leak. This was during night too and I had to deal with it, turning off water, mopping the water up. Of course the coupling and pipe all had to be replaced. I guess their supplies are also inadequate. Really disappointed!! They really seemed like nice young men and professionals. The guys that came out was Calvin and Cody, just an employee, I think. Calvin's wife Lahela was the lady
on the phone. Evidently these people have no conscience and can do people
wrong without even batting an eye. So beware if you are thinking of using this company. Norma

The plumbers were so efficient and thoughtful. They worked so hard the entire time and really went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy with the work done. We would definitely use them again if we need any work done with our water system.

Clog Master plumber's are saviors! New to the area and my shower handle was leaking. Tried to use my house tools to handle the job and youtube led me to shutting my water off. My house had no water and I was in a bind!! They were quick to come out and highly respectful and courteous but more importantly the got the job done and was up front about pricing. I will certainly use these guys in the future and highly recommend this service.

I would definitely recommend this company to everyone who lives in the area. I met the owners in Hawaii from their other plumbing business where I needed them to fix a water leak. The husband is a licensed plumber who works alongside his team to ensure the job gets done properly and in a timely manner. I have not used "Clog Master," but based on their work here in Hawaii, I can vouch for their ever-growing business. Pricing is fair and they are available 24/7.
