Our kitchen was in danger of getting flooded by a kitchen faucet that developed a leak we couldn't fix, since one of the stops (valves) wouldn't move and the other was inaccessible behind the garbage disposal. We desperately needed a good plumber, but just try getting one at 8 pm on a Saturday night (with family coming to visit the next day)! We had no luck as we phoned five different plumbing firms that advertised 24/7 service.

Then I found a listing for Clog Master. When I called them, they told me they would have one of their plumbers phone me soon. He did, and after listening to my description of our problem, he assured me he would get to us in less than an hour. He was as good as his word.

Thoroughly professional, he offered to wear a mask, laid out a protective covering on the kitchen floor, and after examining under the sink, he explained what he'd need to do and the projected cost. After our ready agreement, he set to work temporarily removing (and later reinstalling) the garbage disposal unit, shutting off the stops, and disconnecting the supply lines so there could be no further leakage. (Another plumbing contractor with whom we had previously worked --but who offered no emergency service! -- had already been scheduled to install 3 days later a new faucet we had ordered.) When the job was done, the Clog Master plumber cleaned up very carefully; you'd never have known we had endured a major leak.

The Saturday night repair wasn't cheap, but the price was fair and really quite reasonable. I highly recommend Clog Master. We will certainly turn to them (and quickly) with any plumbing emergency. Excellent work!

When the service tech arrived and assessed this job, he quoted a price of $399. This may be a great price - it may be very costly. I had a clog and I had someone claiming they could clear that clog. Game on.

As he was attempting to clear the drain his video camera snake failed. I watched as he attempted to get his tool operational. He did not.
As he was doing this I noticed that the camera snake had been repaired and *water proofed* with what appeared to be electrical tape - this is not how you waterproof electronics.

He went on to his plan B and the drain was cleared. However, due to the extra time required, the invoice totaled $495 . Ok, so the tool is not properly maintained, the tool fails and because this expected failure occurs, extra cost is placed on the customer?

Nothing about this company checks out. Website claims Bristol, CT as its location - while this Bristol location has Clog Master signage, the company is NOT at this address. That is very misleading....

I have contacted Clog Master via email and phone and have NOT received a reply.
Let my lesson be yours - when Clog Master arrives with poorly maintained equipment, the cost will be passed along to you.

Had a septic blockage and was quoted $6000.00 plus from another septic line cleaning company. That was after a $1000.00 plus video and pressure blasting. Still had problems. Contacted Clogmaster and arrived promptly on time the next day. Did video inspection of line, located root cause and before any backhoes, excavating etc., they were determined to clear the clog before more expenses to me. They ran power snake from house to city main line, ran massive amounts of water from my bathtub, sinks etc. and the problem was rectified. I now have an extra $5500.00 in my pocket. I would recommend them for your sewer line blockage needs. Joe was the technician and there was another gent however his name slips my mind. Thank you Cogmaster.

Clog Master ruined my marriage

I'm a man. Some may consider me two times the average man. I'm bigger. I'm stronger. I'm faster. I'm better. So, a bigger man takes bigger dumps. It was Saturday March 21st 2020. I ate Taco Bell with my husband Aiden Kuziak the night before. I got through the night, but when I woke up. I had the urge. I felt a mondo duke running through my intestines. I sprang up, and ran to the bathroom, hoping my digested tacos would not be in liquid form. I was able to make it to the bathroom in time. No leaks. No stains. Only a couple screetch marks. But hey, every man has the Hershey squirts every once in a while. Anyway i'm sitting on the toilet doing my business. As I said earlier, bigger men make a bigger batch of body brownies. I got it out. After fifteen minutes of long, hard, exhausting pushing. I finally got that Taco Bell out of my system. I didn't wipe. Only chumps wipe. I'm not about that life unlike my second cousin thrice removed, George Doherty. Anyway, I stood up and I stared into the bowl. I reminisced about what I ate to make that. That stanky duce. Ew. I reached out to flush the toilet. I was ready to say goodbye to Saturday night's Taco Bell. I flushed the toilet. But the water didn't go down. It rose. It rose like my private parts whenever I see Chris Hemsworth. Such a man. Well that's besides the point. I was distraught. I wanted to send this brown devil to H E double hockey sticks. Yet, the water continued to rise. I grabbed my plunger, flushed the toilet again, and I started to plunge with all of my man strength. But this black bean Crunchwrap Supreme with a Baja Blast was no match for me. I wasn't strong enough. I couldn't send my late night snack down into the sewage treatment plant. I knew I couldn't do it. So I called for help. When there's something stuck, in your toilet bowl, who you gonna call, Clog Masters. I grabbed my Iphone 6s and dialed the number. They said they'd be on the way. I was relieved. I was saved. Taco Bell was no match for the Clog Masters. While I was waiting I talked to my landlord Mckenzie Ligon. She's not nice. But Clog Masters saved me from talking to her any longer. Thanks Clog Masters. Anyway, Corey from Clog Masters came to save me. He came to rid me of phase two of the Crunchwrap Supreme that sat in my toilet. I brought Corey into my apartment. Walked him up to the second floor. And I showed him what I created. But Corey went to work. I was proud. I thought I would finally say goodbye to last nights Taco Bell. I started to pray. I needed this out of my life. I needed my toilet to be working again. I needed my life to be back to normal. I look back at the bowl. It was gone. My black bean Crunchwrap Supreme was sent out of my life. Or so I thought. I was thanking Corey in my bathroom and then I heard a scream. We run downstairs and my husband, Aiden Kuziak, was soaked. A pipe had burst. My husband was covered in my excrement. My excrement and the toilet water combined made an odd crock-pot combination that my husband was drenched in. He started to shout. He started to get angry. I don't like when he's angry. I was scared. He told me he wanted a divorce. I started to cry. I ran out the door, as my apartment started to fill with poopy water. Double ew. Anyway, I am now single. Thank's Clog Masters for ruining my marriage.

This company charges so high ($439) for a regular clog. Will not use them again. We never spent over $250 for the past ten years with any company we used.

I called them because I had a clot drain. I asked them if they would be able to go thought other drain beside where the cap is because I did my basement floors they said 90 percent of the time so I tried them and they couldn't do it so I asked how much would it if I lit my floor for them to have access to the cap they said 2800 and wasn't guaranteed. So I called other company and they changed me 325 for the same thing they was going to do for 2800. Robbery!!! Plus they left my cap open and it was leaking.

We have used this company for our multiple properties with good results but sadly that is no longer the case.

Our recent experience is exactly the same as other reviewers. We cannot get past Heather either. We do not get calls back. She will not put us through to the owners. When we try to schedule emergency service she says her service schedule is full and no one is available till tomorrow, or Monday if its on a weekend. I am pretty sure she is doing this on purpose.

I got so frustrated just now I looked up reviews on Yelp just now to find our experience is the same as others are experiencing.

I am not sure if the problem is Heather or the owners but to say this company operates unprofessionally is an understatement.

It has finally sunk in now. Will not be calling them ever again. Suggest others avoid them as well.

I wish I could give them a zero. Terrible company whose staff either needs to be replaced or retrained. We called the emergency line on a Saturday at 8PM. Guys came out and did the work, said he would provide us with a receipt via email Monday. Monday came and went, as did three weeks of follow ups with no response. Finally we called the company directly and spoke to Heather early on a Thursday morning and explained that I need the receipt to submit the claim to my insurance. She said she will get it to me by end of day. I called back Friday morning as I did not hear back from Heather. She responded with 'you'll get it when I get it' to which I requested clarification and explained that the claim adjustor needs this before the end of the week and it's Friday. She said she'll call me back in 10 minutes after talking to her manager. An hour later, I called back and was on hold each time for about 7 minutes before being directed to VM. I kept calling back several times until about an hour later a woman picked up the phone and was extremely unpleasant and rude in addressing my concern. She apparently was aware I was calling and purposely directed me to VM each time. She said 'I can't keep blowing up their phone' to which I responded with 'then why didn't you answer?' She was so mad at my response that she hung up on me. It's 2018, but this company can't do something as simple as put together a receipt. I've never experienced such unprofessional and trashy customer service in any line of work, and we own properties through out the state.
