Pleased with their services, but not pleased with the little hidden charge they snuck in on my bill. $12.75. Because he took my credit card, when I called and asked, they admitted it, and removed it. Be aware, I understand charges for removal of old equipment, or after hours calls, but.....nope, they want customers, and if they use their credit cards, they will charge you. Be aware And then answer basically echoing my statement, point being, CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS FOR UNDISCLOSED CHARGES...they aren't

Kitchen sink backed up and flooded the garage. Looked online for the best rated plumbers in St Pete and found these guys. Called and they were out within 3 hours. Cleared the issues and were super friendly the entire time. Highly recommend.

We needed our toilet checked to be sure it was stable since the bolt no longer tightened down. Thankfully they were able to come out amid the Covid issues. The two guys were both wearing masks and gloves. They were as quick as they could be considering the flange had cracked and was glued in (thank you previous owner and person who installed toilet!). So it probably took twice as long as it should have but they finally were able to get it out. They didn't give up! They were super clean and neat and professional.

I was in need of an RO system install which required drilling through stone countertop. The guy came out and had to go to Home Depot for a part to get through the countertop, so I had to pay extra for that trip & part that took over an hour to get (sad face). Overall I'm really satisfied with the work that he did. He was very quick once he got started, and he nestled it under the sink in such a way that really utilized the space efficiently, leaving me plenty of extra room to store other items. Thank you!

So I'm a skilled procrastinator when it comes to slow drains, but I had let one of our bathrooms get completely out of control. Two sinks and a shower...it was bad, real bad. Frankly I'd still have kept the """"kick the can down the road"""" going were it not for my garbage disposal dying on a night that I had just cleaned, deveined shrimp for dinner. Yeah, the crisis was real, and getting worse by the minute. These wonderful folks got me in same day. The clogs were remedied and the disposal was an easy fix. Super professional and I couldn't be happier! Would definitely recommend.

Promised to return my check for money wasted. Then they cashed my check. Then they promised to reimburse me on Thursday or Friday. It is now Sunday. No money or explanation. Hire these guys to waste money and get lies too. Glad to learn that the company has a new policy at my expense. It pains me but it looks like I have to leave a star to leave this feedback.
