I just moved to Atlanta. I called and left a message with """"Eric""""; he called back. The call lasted one minute, according to my cell phone. During that one minute, I asked if he charged for coming to the house for an estimate, but he wouldn't answer the question. He asked me questions each time I repeated my question. He wanted to know if I lived in a house or apartment, my address, etc. He was rude, but I persisted in asking if he charged to visit for an estimate. He hung up on me, and I never got an answer to my question. I don't know about other people, but for me this kind of behavior is a big red flag that says, """"Avoid this person."""" Cannot recommend this business; the boss is a bully.

I had a pipe freeze & bust with this Christmas cold snap. Eric was the first plumber I reached out to who could get here sooner than Monday. And he's been incredibly kind and helpful thru this whole process. Would most highly recommend!!

I found Clog Free Plumbing through my home warranty company and that was almost 13 years ago when I bought my home. Eric has been my plumber ever since. Here are the list of things that Eric has done for me for close to 13 years: Removed my garbage disposal and replaced it with a new one, replaced my water heater (removed and hauled away the old one) replaced the parts inside 3 toilets ( I tried to do it myself and I'm not the plumber YouTube taught me to be), replaced faucets in my tub ( once again, stay away from DIY YouTube vids, clearly I'm not good at that); fixed the pipe (in the wall) that connects to your shower and also replaced shower head, something was wrong with my dishwasher and he fixed that which added several more years to its life and did the same thing to my washing machine. That's roughly about all the plumbing repairs he completed and to think, it all started about 13 years ago when I had a small flood in my laundry room. Eric's prices are very reasonable. I like the fact that he was able to get the parts I needed so I didn't have to shop around via driving around town or surf the Internet. That also includes the water heater which still works great by the way. A major big box retailer was not able to get the water heater in a shorter time or for a better price than what Eric quoted. Eric is my plumber for life. I know he only works in Georgia but I'm sorry guys, if I move out of state he has to move the entire company too. It's really hard to find good people that you trust to come into your home to do an amazing job.
