I couldn't be more pleased with your services. Clog busters took my phone call and they had a tech on the job almost immediately. They blew the clog out and assured me that they would keep it that way until the digging started. The following week they were hip deep in the dirt and fixed an ongoing issue that my former plumber either caused or missed... Either way, it's working great. Thank you Tom! Our first home purchase had a surprise sewer break. We went through 2 companies before calling clog busters. Tom came out and his equipment was updated, on point, and he was efficient with estimate and his options for us. Fast forward 2 weeks and they came out and took care of our issue in such a timely manner. From start to finish the crew was great, friendly, and they did a terrific job!!! Problem : an old clogged downspout connection. We thought it connected to the sewer line.

Thank you to Jeff and John for diagnosing the problem. After trying to clean the line out with the ""snake"" and power washer - someone noted a vibration under the driveway..... a search at Portland Maps showed that the line connected to an old original 1925 dry well.
Now- a 90 year old failed dry well.

They came on time and were very pleasant to work with. They offered ideas on solutions and told me if they do the work, my payment would go as credit to the next job.

Jeff and his crew are finishing up in our back yard as I am writing this. Clog Busters was referred to us when our plumber knew it was a job bigger than they could handle. Jeff was on the job to work on our septic system earlier than we expected, which was a huge bonus as our job took most of the day. Jeff could have told us any story, and we may have spent the $$$ to get this done. But he, like our plumber, took the time and chatted with me each step of the process. Thankfully, the job was not as bad as it could have been. They were thorough in checking all the lines for any additional problems. He is also providing a written statement for my insurance agent in case I my homeowners insurance will cover this fiasco.

Clog Busters is also far more reasonable in price for the job than many others. While no one wants to have problems like this, its good to know there are places like Clog Busters that would rather sleep at night and give you and honest days work.

Tom and his crew are top notch. replaced a sewer line for us a while back. fair price, very efficient, communicate well with the layperson. Tom has been totally willing to be in touch with me about plumbing related issues I've had with another contractor, and even came by to take a look at things to help me figure out where to go next. this company is not in a hurry to sell you goods or services, but they are very good at figuring out sensible solutions. throughout the few times they have done work for us, they were very accommodating with our schedule, notably when we have given them very short notice. I have nothing but good things to say

Clog Busters is great!!! We had a sewer clog that was backing up to our home that was in both showers and toilet. What a nightmare... Jeff with Clog Busters went above and beyond to help get the clog out of the sewer lines. Jeff's annualized the problem and went right to work. He used a snake to try and clear the line but was having a hard time getting the problem resolved. He ended up going up on the roof to snake the toilet. After after over an hour and working at it he was able to get the line cleared. What a professional ... He annualized the problem and tried all the solutions necessary to get the job done with success. I would highly recommend Clog Busters as they were very professional. Contact with Travis & Ashley regarding our sewer situation fooled us into believing in this company. BIG mistake! The jetting person claimed his camera wouldn't go beyond 120 feet on our 178 foot long line? Next day another company who we will recommend had no problem & showed us the poor job they did in jetting our line. This company also tried to sell us on replacing our whole system & when we questioned them they were unbelievably rude & defensive, which set off many red flags. Don't use them. This is a bait & switch company and we suspect they showed up at our job with only a 120 ft scope and just claimed the camera couldn't go any further versus admitting they had the wrong equipment.

I sold my house and one of the issues on the inspection report was the sewer cleanout drain was too small for their cameras. After calling three other companies and getting an answering machine or a date two weeks out, I called Clog Busters and they made me an appointment that very week and told me they had a plumber in the area that could stop by today and see what the issue was so he could have the right parts for the appointment. Tom came over and found that I had another cleanout drain that was easier to access and that I really didn't need to drill for a new one or replace anything. He didn't charge me a penny and saved me lots of $$ and headaches. Thank you Tom for taking the time to help and rest assured you will be my go to plumbing company from now on!!
