My wife called Clog Busters after our French drain was getting backed up during a day of heavy rain. Our patio was flooding, creeping up to our back door. After calling a couple of places, we were told it would be a couple of days before anyone could come out, which worried us that our basement would be flooded by then. When my wife called Clog Busters, she talked to the owner, Tom, and he said he'd come by after he was done with another job in our area. After taking some time to unsuccessfully find the clog on my own, Tom came by to take a look. He ran his camera from the street back to the French drain and found that a pipe had dropped and that we also had roots growing into the pipe all throughout. He said the only way to fix the problem was to replace all 70 feet of pipe with solid ABS and he could do it but recommended doing it on my own. After talking with me for 15 minutes about how to tackle the project, and saving me a couple grand, he refused to accept any payment for his time or consultation. I really appreciate his honesty and willingness to help me (and save a good chunk of money in the process). I'll definitely be giving him a call again if we ever need his services!

Im a real estate agent in Clark Co. Clog Busters did a sewer scope for a home my clients were going to buy. Isaac (inspector) said the line had 2 bellies and they needed to be regraded. When myself and the listing agent started getting bids for the repairs, 2 of the plumbing companies said (from looking at the video clog busters did) they didn't think anything needed to be done. SO, we had another sewer scope done and the inspector (doing scopes for 30years) passed the scope... Clog busters caused all parties undue stress...DONT use them...I recommend you use a sewer scope company that only does scoping and NOT repairs..A conflict of interest in my opinion...

My toilet was leaking at the base I called Clog Buster's because they did a very good job taking care of a clogged outsource pipe from a tree root.

So a couple years later I called to see if they could handle the leak at the base of my toilet.
They said they're not really plumbers in that sense but would give it a go. They sent some guy who in my opinion really didn't seem confident he knew what he was doing. He ended up putting two flanges instead of one at the opening of my toilet at the base. Now it leaks worse than ever. When I called them they didn't offer to fix it!

If a business offers to help and makes the problem worse they should fix it.

Clogbusters saved our sanity! I struggled with trying the homeowner DIY route for days, to try & clear our sluggish kitchen drain. To no avail. Finally called Clogbusters and Matt showed up SAME DAY! Impressive response time. Actually it was Matt and Matt, we got two for the price of one. They talked to us, surveyed the situation, and went right to work solving the problem quickly & efficiently. In addition to snaking the drain line, Matt added a required vent under the sink that our *other* plumber (not mentioning any names...) had neglected to install. We quickly had our kitchen back in service again and $ charge was reasonable. Thanks Clogbusters!

We've used a number of plumbers over the years. We have a large home with 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. There are some trick grades and drainage issues. I called Clog Busters to help with a failed sewage ejection pump that services our whole home. Tom fit us in last minute and was here in a flash. He had our pump back up and running in no time at all. What a pro! I'd call Clog Busters whenever a plumbing need arises - our first call for sure!

I had no idea who to call for plumbing problems. But I'm glad I called clog busters. My utility sink, bathroom sink and bathtub were all clogged with a whole bunch of sludge, and needed to be Hydro cleaned. Clog busters plumber Matt was able to come out the next morning take care of the clogs and I thought for pretty reasonable price. He was professional and got the job done. My drains work, they didn't break the bank and I am very pleased with the work that was done. Thank you Clog Busters and Matt, I will definitely use you again if I have any plumbing issues.
