We recently purchased a house on a septic system that had some issues. Having no experience with septic systems we called Clog-busters to inspect and repair any issues they found. Tammy in the office was terrific to work with - always accessible (even on weekends!) and Don and his crew did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue and quickly rectifying it. He even installed an additional access point for ease-of-use in the future. We couldn't be happier with the work they did and would strongly recommend Clog-busters for any of your sewer or drainage needs.

We had to have our sewer line replaced from the house to the road. Clog Busters was amazing on all fronts. They responded to my inquiry the same day, were out to assess the house the next day and were able start work the following week. The informed me of all the possible scenarios up front. All crew members were polite, efficient, and extremely thorough in their work. They clearly take pride in their craft. While this is not the type of investment people enjoy making in their home, if it has to be done, I would want Clog Busters to do the job.

They came out pre-Covid and cleared my main sewer line then put a camera down. The mainline had been sleeved a few years back and there were several spots that were busted through. I was told it's going to be at least three grand to get it fixed. After a year of saving I gave Tammy a call and Chris came out gave me an estimate and got it done three days later! They replaced the main sewer line from my house to the street in about six hours. The work is guaranteed, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and I will definitely refer them to anyone needing help with plumbing.

A++ Clog-Busters of Southeast Michigan!! We called in the early morning and they were out to our house within a couple of hours. We will definately recommend this company to friends and family! Chris V., the plumber, who was professional and knowledgeable, came to our house and within an hour he had diagnosed, and de-clogged the main drain, and re-set the toilet. He also left our house clean of the debris pulled from the drain. Thank-you!

I had a very bad experience with this company. Charged me $249 and destroyed my pipes, sewage leaked all the way to basement walls. They did nothing to fix and BBB dismissed my complaint. I will never do business with them again. Next time, I will hire a certified plumber locally.

Had a great experience with this company! I had massive roots in my sewer and Chris knocked them out. He did camera work, showed me exactly what the problem was and talked to me throughout the process. I never felt like he was trying to rip me off. Will definitely call again!

Always have to leave a message, it seems like they never pick up you have to leave a message. Was quoted a price that I felt was high but we needed our kitchen sink snaked before thanksgiving. They never came or called. Called best plumbing in Dearborn Heights they came out the next day had to use the snake 4 times to clear the clog. Fixed the drain cup that I had put in. Kitchen sink is draining better than what it has for years at half the cost of what clog wanted for less work. For my two cents anyone in the area should at least call best plumbing first before calling any other company.
