If i could give Darren 100 stars i would. Imagine our dilemma on a beautiful morning. Our kitchen sink was clogged and the bathroom too. I checked yelp and tried calling his number. Few minutes i got a call back from him. And said he will just finish the other job he started. And call me back when he is on his way. My husband and I are very grateful for his politeness, professionalism and above all for sharing ALOHA! We couldn't thank him enough for doing a job well done. After 3 1/2 hrs he completed the task. Do not hesitate to contact him. Truly amazing person. To Darren and the wife. Thank you sooo much!

Darren is GREAT. Very knowledgeable, fast response. He's helped with both a surface water drainage system a few years ago, and now helping me figure out a sewer line problem for both the short and long term. Both times he explained the situation, was able to fix it quickly and is just extremely nice to work with. The most recent problem happened when he was in the middle of another job, and he was able to take a break from it at one point and come to my rescue. Thankful for him! I may not let him ever retire!

Darren the owner of Clog Busters Kauai is the best man for getting your drains cleared out. He's knowledgeable, thorough and friendly to deal with. He cleared my kitchen drain and used his camera to make sure everything was working properly throughout the drain line to the cesspool. He was available when he said he would be and explained how he would take care of the problem. I highly recommend him for your drain line problems.

Our sewer line backed up in our bathroom and we could not get it to stop. It was an emergency. Sent Darren a text and he called within minutes. He came as soon as he could and mind you, this was close to after hours but he did not hesitate. He spent a few hours on it and was able to clear the pipes. Wow I left a message on Presidents' Day and he returned my call within minutes. This doesn't usually happen here in Kauai.My job was confusing and he worked to troubleshoot everything and fix my problem so I could use my toilets and I am very happy with his work. Woke up Sunday morning with our toilets non functioning and sewage coming back up and we called Darren. He showed up almost immediately and saved the day on a Sunday no less. He was so kind, hilarious, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to undo the clog and use a camera to diagnose the problems in the pipes leading into our septic tank. We are so grateful for his hard work, great attitude, and extreme helpfulness. Darren is great to work with and I highly recommend him for any clog busting you might need! He can also use a camera to see what's going on in the pipes, all the while making great jokes and giving good information. Definitely use Darren, he even came back the following day to help us when a new clog came about! Great work!

My toilet, shower drain, and kitchen sink clogged the same time. I contacted Darren through Yelp which I was very happy. He was available the next early morning and was able to fix the problem right away. The only thing I regret is I wish I called him before when my kitchen pipe had a leak. This company is fabulous. I called regarding a clog and thought I might have to wait a few days. Darren called me back within minutes and said he would be to my home in two hours. On his way over, he had an emergency client and called to ask if he could be to my home in two hours...he was there within 90 minutes after the second call. The clog was removed and everything in perfect order. He is an asset to the community, very clean worker, and thorough!!! Many, many mahalos!!!
