Clogbusters came out to a rental property very quickly and took care of the problem or at least the possible problem with the house's drain. Come to find out, the problem was actually with the city's main sewer line. I didn't even have to contact the city - they took care of that for me, which was great! The two service techicians were very professional and friendly.

Travis and anthony went above and beyond and treated every single drain at our home preventatively in addition to the one that had issue. Had a slow line from toilet. Anthony came & reamed line out, didn't even have to remove toilet, he did fine but the charge was a rip-off!!
Almost $300 for that, never again !!

Brandon Bagby came to our home on Saturday, november 30, 2024 on an emergency call and took care of our clog. He first explained all of our options and waited for our decision and took care of the clog. He was very efficient and knew which area of the system to go and after trying pressure three times the magic happened and the clog broke open.

Clog Busters was absolutely fantastic! I was actually referred to Clog Busters by Golden Rule because the blockage in the plumbing was too far for Golden Rule to reach. Every company that Golden Rule has referred me to for a related issue that they couldn't solve has been fantastic so I know Clog Busters would be and they are the best!

Nick and his associate (Anthony) were so nice and SUPER knowledgeable. I live in a condo building and they knew exactly which plumbing belonged to me, and my neighbors, and the main sewage line just by looking at it from the garage. They offered different tiers of pricing which I think is a great idea because you don't know what you don't know so by offering the list of their services you'll know what you want. And depending on their tiers, they offer up to a 1 year to 2 years of workmanship warranty. They stand by their work and they do good work. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

I forgot to also mention that I like that they text you a confirmation of your appointment and will also text a picture of the person arriving at your home so you know who to expect when they arrive. For safety reasons this is very important!

After talking to Clog Busters and they explaining their service and billing. I better understood the situation. They did do a price adjustment for which I accepted. I commend them for reaching out to resolve the situation. Many companies won't even try to solve customer complaints.
