Absolutely wonderful experience! Clockwise was recommended by a colleague following the Feb '21 storms. We had a pipe burst in our kitchen. Another plumber initially came and capped it off. A month later we still didn't have water in our kitchen. Clockwise to the rescue. Not only did they do a great job, they were so affordable! I found this to be incredible integrity on their part because other plumbers were gouging folks after the storm! Thank you. You will be our new go-to for future services.

Horrible customer service, rude, don't show up when they say they will, call you after the techs were already supposed to be there to say they cant come, techs show up without parts the list goes on. They have been to my house three times, no work was performed and they will not be coming back.

I'm updating my review today ...It didn't do any good for me to post the bad experience I had with this company. Because, The owners ask friends and family to post good reviews, so the bad reviews are ignored. I was told this by another customer of theirs that had bad dealings with Clockwise. It's a shame I paid them $9,000 to end up with having the same plumbing issues I originally hired Clockwise Plumbing to repair. The owner brags about being a master plumber and having a licenses which makes no difference to someone if you cant do the job he ( the owner) promised he would do, the correct way. So expect several more good reviews to make up for this one . This is how they keep a good rating . Most of the jobs they do are through a homeowners warranty company . So beware home owners. Very happy with Edmond so far. He is professional and friendly. I was so thankful for his explanations in layman's terms. He cleaned up after himself and was conscious of everything. He is charismatic and very obviously passionate about his work.

Jeff (the owner) is the best plumber I have ever used. He shows up, totally knows what he is doing, and takes care of the problem. We use his services at my office as well. One time we had 2 different plumbers come up to look at an issue, and they couldn't figure it out. We called Jeff, and he had it figured out in 10 minutes. We will never look back. Sebastian and Jeremy installed a new kitchen faucet for me. Nice to have water again. Fast repair. They wore masks.

They came out to detect and repair a leak . Our warranty company charged usa service fee for them to go out to fix it.. When they got there, they stated they had to collect $275 to detect the leak or they would leave, which they did. We had to wait several days before they came out, never received any type of "leak detection test" or pictures, and received a quote for DOUBLE the cost of what 2 other plumbers quoted. We would never recommend Clockwise or consider using them on any of our multiple listings or properties. We hired TALT PLUMBING to do the work, they were efficient and cost effective.
