Not happy with what is going on right now... my furnace went out. I called Saturday the tech came out right away. He said that the furnace needed be replaced and that he could do it on Monday first thing in the morning, it's Wednesday afternoon and I'm still waiting for it to get done (he dropped the new furnace off Monday evening, took the old furnace yesterday afternoon). If I could give less than one star I would.
