Clint returned my initial call within an hour. We talked about what I wanted/needed to done. We scheduled for the next day, but an emergency came up so we scheduled. I liked he arrived when he said he would. The subfloor was partially rotted so we addressed that and then moved the toilet slightly. Very easy to deal with. Listened to my wants/needs. And quickly completed the task.
