The owner is a raving lunatic. We had a misunderstanding about a bill from them last year about which we came to an agreement at the time. When we attempted to make an appointment for a routine pre-season maintenance visit this year, he advised he will no longer work with us because we had the audacity to question his bill for last year's job for which he had completely neglected to mention that there would be any charge at all in advance.

Called with to me a major issue over the weekend. Asked if Climate Plus would be able to fit me in on Monday. Not only did they keep their word when they would show up, they corrected everything perfectly. You would never know you just had service. It was as the issue never happened new parts installed old ones gone. If you need service and it falls in to Climate Plus tool box they are the only ones you need to call. Price is always honest work done quickly.

We called, he came to our home to give us options, nearly took an hour plus of my time, the guy loves to gab, almost made me late for work. He never called us back with a quote, my husband called him again and he claimed to have lost our contact information. Gave him my email address and he never got back to us. Looks like this guy doesn't need anyone's business and after reading the other reviews I am glad he didn't get back to us! Found a really great company and he is a USA Veteran, goes to show that a our military guys are reliable!

These guys were OK. They did a good job of doing the repair work, for the most part. But it felt very disorganized, in terms of the communication/service.

I had explained to the receptionist that additional gas piping was needed to hook up our new dryer, but that information was not relayed to the technician that was sent out. In fact, the plumber couldn't even make it as scheduled, so they sent someone else. He did a good job, and gave us a discount, but it seemed like anything he observed was not passed on to the guys that came to do the actual work. It was like starting from scratch.

I also had issues with drains, and they said they'd get us on the schedule for later in the week. I called the next day, and no information had been passed on.

The work is OK, if you can get everyone on the same page. But it certainly didn't feel like personalized service.

I don't know if they are simply incompetent or deceptive, but I would never use them again. I called and they scheduled me for a Friday morning, but the guy never showed up. I called to see what happened and they sent someone that afternoon. I had a leaky kitchen faucet. The guy said he had never seen that kind of faucet before, but he dismantled it and took a piece from it to ask his suppliers if they knew what kind of faucet it was.
Five hours later he still did not return, So, I called and he finally came back an hour after that. Then he alleged he went to two Plumbing supply houses and nobody had ever seen anything like it. He then offered to replace the whole faucet for $700! I declined and he charged me $95 for the visit!
I then called another plumber who said it was a very common MOEN faucet! This plumber replaced the cartridge for only $150 and now it's fine. .

Central air problem and called Climate Plus who came the same day. Joe took his time to review the problem which was an easy fix. He also took the time to pint out several things that were done improperly when unit was installed. Fixed the initial problem quickly and wrote an estimate for recommended work. Agreed to the recommended work and they had a team there first thing the next morning to complete work. Very professional, courteous, prompt and neat! Highly recommended.

The owner while a very nice man makes lofty promises with no plans on keeping them. Joe made a cash deal with me to install a central air system in my house last year. It was extremely difficult to get the company to complete the promised work without many arguments, shoddy work, and paying extra money for electrical work that was supposed to be included. The most recent updates are the phone call from the town that the permits were never closed out on and inspected like he was supposed to do. He had also promised me 2 years of spring service with a filter change that now he wants to charge me for.

I would not advise this company.
