Britney who scheduled the service was very polite and courteous. What was great also is that she gave a follow up call the next day to see how everything went. The service tech Tom was very polite and extremely knowledgeable and corrected the heating issue that two other companies were not able to correct even when they said everthingis running good. Hope they maintaine this quality of service will use them again if needed.

Impressed with the service of this company and hard work of these employees! It was one of the hottest days in downtown Charleston Sept 1-3 and these employees worked in the over 100 degree attic of this 200 year old home. They let us know the exact times they would be there so we could move in and not be in their way. They covered some of our boxes with their own tarps to keep out the duct work dust. They cleaned and swept up after each day of working. They were considerate And kind! I really appreciate a company with employees that show consideration and are a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend!!!

I have been looking for a company to do my annual maintenance. I have a newer home and just want to make sure it stays well maintained. The office staff is great. Friendly and helpful with what I needed to do. They were very accommodating with appointment time. Mitch came out and went through everything. He was patient with my questions and in helping me understand what I needed to do. I had a good experience and would recommend this company.

Beware, they seem like a scam. I paid their $79 fee to have a plumbing professional come out to assess the problem we were having. He showed up on Tuesday. I had to call three times (left messages, never received calls back) before I was able to finally speak to Karren on Friday (4 days after the initial appt). One of the times I called, I was told the """"quote guy"""" was backed up. When I spoke to Karren today, she provided me with my quote instantly (but they can't do half the work due to rules with their company)...where was the """"quote guy"""" and why hadn't anyone called or emailed me my quote? I feel like this company only wants to collect the $79 but not really do the work. I was assured that I would receive the quote via email and STILL don't have it. Beware this company is a fraud-I already called another company who charges half for the consultation and confirmed they can actually do the work on my job and they are showing up on a Saturday.
