We have been with CLIMATE EXPRESS for two years now and we really are happy with their service, especially their preventive maintenance. We signed up for a program where they come four times a year for preventive maintenance on our unit in the attic. I believe it was Steve, the last time that came and serviced our AC and change the filter and clean the drain

We have an old heat pump unit that was installed back in 2002. It was not performing well. Climate Express came out, diagnosed the problem and replaced the heat exchanger coils for a reasonable price. The technician did a great job and was very courteous. We have lived in Texas since 1981 and understand how critical good AC service is out here. We decided to sign a service and maintenance agreement with Climate Express based on their performance relative to their competitors.

Just had a great experience with Climate Express. Called this this morning when we realized heat was not working and it was 61 degrees in the house They were so nice on the initial and gave me a suggestion to try with our heat pump that we didn't know about. That didn't work so we called back to have a technician come out. Great communication through out and the tech arrived early. SUPER professional and friendly tech and two hours later we have heat again! Would not hesitate to recommend them if you are in need of HVAC help!

I used climate express through my management company. They overcharged me, disconnected wires, and installed the wrong type of thermostat. I had to call a friend of mine who is certified as well. He reconnected the wire they disconnected and hid. He also checked all the pressures and everything! Nothing was wrong with my system at all!
DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!
