I used climate express through my management company. They overcharged me, disconnected wires, and installed the wrong type of thermostat. I had to call a friend of mine who is certified as well. He reconnected the wire they disconnected and hid. He also checked all the pressures and everything! Nothing was wrong with my system at all!
DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!

Climate Express has been amazing to work with. From everything we can tell, they have been very honest and upfront. We had a entire new system installed, and they provided a military discount for us. The best part is they when we send an email for trouble codes on our thermostat, they ALWAYS respond in less than 24 hours. The service technicians are polite and respectful as well. Couldn't be happier that we stumbled across Climate Express!!

As a woman who is renovating a house top to bottom from replacing the foundation, roof, A/C, electrical, and plumbing, etc, I am not accustomed to leaving 5 star reviews to say the least. I am use to being spoken to like I don't know what I'm talking about, or spoken to with disrespect. It usually takes me meeting with at least 6-10 companies before finding one I can halfway stomach. Finding someone to replace the A/C was no different. Before I met with Climate Express, I met with several companies and was given outrageous quotes that I knew were unfair and knew they were trying to take advantage of me, and they would often speak down to me. But Bob at Climate Express has truly been a pleasure and truly an upstanding human being and has been the best experience yet with all of the renovation aspects of my house. He's very respectful and has handled the project extremely professionally. He's very prompt, fair, great communication, and just a professional job all around. Highly recommend.

I could not recommend this company enough ! We first came across them through American Home Shield and were so impressed with, we have used them ever since.

We use their service plan so they come twice a year to check our AC system. Right now they are swamped from the aftermath of the storm yet still came out to run a system check.

Today Stephen was our tech - he - like all their team was so nice and even put up with our neighbor who decided to question him ( Progresslve Commercial style ) incessantly!! He worked diligently to check everything and they always do such a thorough job!

You rarely see an AC / Plumbing company with 5 starts - they deserve it! Would highly recommend

Responded promptly and incredibly professional technician. He found the problem that two previous providers hadn't been able to figure out--an electrocuted lizard that was shorting out the compressor. We finally have reliable heat and don't have to go flip the breaker every couple of hours.

Called them early Saturday morning and they came out within 45 minutes! Diagnosed and fixed problem quick! They did not try to up sell or say we needed new air conditioner which I have had plenty other companies try.

Im no going to comment on the owner however when his employees do not know what they are doing it reflects on the company. American Homeshield sent them to my sisters house to find out why her a/c was not able to hold the temperature. The man called his boss numerous times because he had no idea what the problem was. The freon was off 1%. He tried to tell her that for 65.00 he could fix it. That was not the problem. American home Shield collects 100.00 everytime they send someone out. Do you think they deserve the money when they did NOTHING. The owner needs to make this right. For 100.00 they are suppose to fix the problem. It's not a fee for a service call. American Home Shield has been made aware.

Climate Express performs all the points one hopes for when calling a service company exceptionally well. They actually showed up early to assess the problem and then had my cooling system back online with-in 48 hours. It wasn't a simple fix, they had to replace the entire inside handler unit. They had parts ordered and a scheduled plan with-in the first day of me calling my home insurance company. Everything was done earlier that proposed. The technicians that worked on the system were professional, personable and communicated what they were doing throughout the process.

Bob and Karen, you have an A+ business, the entire process from calling into the office to dealing with your technicians, Stephen, Isaac and Damion, was an absolute pleasure. Kind courteous, no ambiguity (bull-crap). I will recommend you to everyone I know, thank you so much.
