on June 5, 2025 we had a new Heat Pump installed by Climate Control. We need to acknowledge Jacob and Jonny for going over different options for our 11 year old Heat Pump on June 4th. They were patient with our many questions and had pictures for us to look at. very informative. Great Job!

On June 5th Brennen and Javi arrived. Greeted us with kindness and kept us informed throughout the entire day of removing the old Heat Pump and installing the new Heat Pump. Brennen took pictures and explained what was being done in detail. He came in our home to check the vents and installed a new thermostat. A Job done very well.
Great attitude! We would like to acknowledge John and His team from Lynae in the office to all his technicians, Brennen, Javi, Jacob, and Jonny. We would definitely recommend Climate Control to others.

Update i was contacted by Climate control after yelp review. Seems answering service transposed 2 numbers of cell number. Had them come out and service mini split system. Arrived on time, proprofessional and very curious. Recommend.

Climate Control was great.... Paul came out in the mid morning and gave us a quote for a new Mini-Split system, we agreed to it, and then they were able to come out later that afternoon and got it installed. Shad, Seth, Brayden, and Jeff did a great Job on the install and cleaned up after themselves taking everything with them.... About a 1/2 hour after they left, I discovered a problem with some outlets not working, gave them a call and Brayden turned around and came back out the and fixed the problem.... That great customer service.... Highly recommend them to everyone.

I first found Climate Control through a friend that was working for them. After dealing with a few other companies I gave John and his team a call. It was the best thing I did with my air Conditioning. The service was suberb. The value i received was above and beyond what i expected. I didn't go with the cheapest option as i wanted it to last as long as possible!!

I can't wait to see how long this system lasts. Yet i do know if anything ever happens or needs to be worked on Climate Control will be right there for me!

I would give them more stars if it were possible . After a horrific ordeal with the builder of my new home John. Came out to save the day . Came late at night on a Friday night to make sure the air conditioner was working and would function for a very over heated family . Truly saved the day . We would recommend them to everyone as honest and caring . I'm not sure anyone would have responded with such speed and honestly it was nice to have someone actually want to help . For sure your first call to them will convince you these are the guys for your a/c needs

First I called A-1 plumbing on the recommendation from a friend. I paid them $80 to find out that my A/C was not working, which is why I called. My house is 22 years old, and normal life of an lA/C is around 17 years in Saint George. They were to get back with a quote when they located a replacement. Two days and no call back. Called Climate Control. Got a quote substantially lower than A-1's WAG. Installed new system the same day, and they stuck with the quote. Very pleased.

Adding HVAC to our garage, John Rowe did a excellent job of explaining our options. John formerly taught HVAC science and installation and explains things in a very straightforward and easily understood manner. His team is meticulous and exacting. Clean up done. Questions answered. Issues resolved. Communication excellent. The crew shows up when expected and if there is a delay, I received a call. John pointed out a few things missed by the original installer and resolved them. Checked my filters and replaced them even though they weren't really ready for replacement. Shout out to Ricky, Lance and John (the other John). They go the extra mile.

I had my A/C issue repaired prior to contact with Nate, so this is a review of his amazing customer relations and why I would use Climate Control in the future:

My A/C stopped working properly yesterday morning. I called every business I could think of, signed up with Angie's List & the other places that spam you forever -- I was pretty frantic. Everyone kept saying ""we are booked out"" and Monday was the earliest appointment. It's 108F and will be even hotter for the next 4 days, so Monday wasn't an option for me. After several hours of manic phone calls in a house that was heating up quickly, I was able to contact a company that sent a tech out the same afternoon.

I had not called Climate Control directly (yet) by the time I found a tech for the work, so Climate Control did not do this job. However, Nate sent me a text message the next morning to check in and make sure that I had managed to get onto someone's service schedule. Almost no one provides personalized service and follow-up like that! I was so impressed and grateful that I'm on here submitting this review. Never let a good deed go unrecognized. Thanks, Nate!
