maurice m.As a customer do not call or have this company come and work on anything. I'm a business owner and this is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced, the techs are young kids who are half retarded. I have literally been waiting all day for a tech to come to my home to fix the Air dryer that was caused by improper installation from their company That caused a hole to be punctured in the coils of my unit. A year prior to this we had one of those young men come out and look at the unit he upped sold us on Freon which was not the problem $900 plus an extra maintenance agreement package, the results a year later they're telling us that we needed coils and there was a leek that should have been found a year ago when we paid for extra Freon that we did not even need if the Instalation was done properly. This unit is ten10 years old unit I understand that things happen overtime but after two inspections from two different companies letting us know the same conclusion that the unit was installed Improperly and it was the Cause of the leaking coils. I feel that the young man who came out which was late by the way by four hours Just didn't wanna do the job and simply just put a Band-Aid on it by adding extra Freon and selling us a bunch of false hopes that our unit was fixed, this young man up sold us and left with a bunch of money knowing he did wrong. As a business owner I would never do anyone the way this company did me, they simply have no honor in the way they do business. It is now 6:14 PM they were supposed to be here early this morning I've been waiting all day long. I normally don't call Karen moves but this is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. I guess they believe their customers don't have a life and they're supposed to just wait there for 12 hours for them to show up. At this point I'm just going to go buy a new unit but I will for ever burn this company anytime somebody mentions their name to me cause you don't do hard working people like that. My business motto is if you can't do the job right don't sign your name to it..
Very expense, changed a motor starter board on my Air Conditioner and cleaned it. They were here about 2 1/2 hours and charged us $1500.
I had multiple quotes on a tricky water leak coming from my main water inlet line that was leaking - Technician went above and beyond to stop the tricky water leak at a coupler that connected the inlet water line that goes from inside line to outside to the street. job was dependent on one rusty , corroded , ugly coupler coming off and not breaking the line going out to the street. Technician took his time and went to great lengths to keep job from going from a $800 repair to a $5k repair to have main line repaired. He was respectful, on time and job was performed with care . I was provided with an honest quote and job was done exactly how he said it would be. I was very happy!
When my hvac system was replaced they were unable to use a wired thermostat and replaced it with a wireless one less than 3yrs ago. I'm moving and tried to get information about how discontinuing my internet service would affect the operation of the wireless thermostat. I had to call several times in order to actually speak with a technician who assured me that it didn't require the internet to work. However, since my internet was turned off it's been staying around 65° no matter what it's set to. There only response is to charge me for a service call even though I never asked for a wireless thermostat. This is NOT a Smart thermostat yet the customer service ppl that answer their phone, and even the tech I spoke with, assume I can talk to it.
My elderly mother had someone come out today because her a/c wasn't working. The person said they can ""put a band aid on it"" for around $1,500 or a new unit for $8,000. We had another company come out and fixed it for under $200. This company takes advantage of elderly and vulnerable people. I will never recommend them to anybody!!!

DO NOT USE CLIMATE CONTROL HEATING AND COOLING from Liberty. My mother who is retired, has breast cancer and on a very fixed income called them out yesterday because her furnace went out. They fixed nothing and told her she needed a new furnace and this one was beyond repair. Originally they quoted her $69 for the trip charge but charged me $114 when I paid for it. My brother who is not an HVAC technician, was able to get it back up and running just fine (20 whole minutes). Apparently, the tech that came out missed blower day at furnace school! Probably a day he shouldn't have missed. The company also is refusing to admit fault and refund the $114 for the trip. Contractors like this make me sick!
This could have ended up costing $1000's of dollars and time.
In short, this company will try to take advantage of little old ladies with cancer to up their sales. Choose your contractors wisely ladies and gentlemen!
I think Climate Control is wonderful. They installed my heat pump and furnace several years ago. I've never really had any issues. I have the units serviced annually. Kyle was the latest technician. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend Climate Control.
We've had Climate Control for years and have always been happy with them. Paul Krop is a very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful technician! He made great suggestions to keep our system running smoothly for years. Call Climate Control and book them immediately!
This business is horrible. We asked them to come out to do a summer maintenance service and they messed our furnace up!!!! They said we need this this and this fixed and he replaced them all but after he got done our house got super hot it was 89 degrees and I have a puppy and baby living in here with me. So we had them come back and he said he fixed it which lasted a couple of hours and then it stoped working. They told us the part will not be in til monday so we have to wait 2 hot days til we can get our ac working. This business is horrible!!!! The ac was working great before they fucked it up!!!!!!!!!! I will never be using this place again!!!
Scott M.I was just charged $200 per pound for Freon, that other companies are currently charging between $60-$100 !!! The tech wasn't willing to negotiate the price , so I said put a pound in and we will go from there .
He wanted $500 just to diagnose the possible slow leak , that was likely the evaporator coil inside .
I paid $289 for the service call , plus Freon . I'll have my trustworthy HVAC tech diagnose the problem when he gets back in town and have him do the work .
I have since had several HVAC techs. say we were WAY over charged for Freon !
