Used this guy once, years ago. I am not going to complain about the service because it was a quick turn around however I found out later there must not be much work for this guy so still, I have no complaint. The issue is the amount of money charged for 10 minutes of service. I highly recommend anyone else in Sierra Vista.

I called and scheduled an appointment about a week in advance. On the day of the appointment he was a no show. After sitting around waiting I called to find out what was going on. His assistant answered the phone and said his other job ran over and he wasn't going to make it that day. I understand these things happen, but they should of called me once the realized they were going to cancel.

The assistance reschedule for a few days later. Once again he was a no show, but this time no one answered the phone. I left multiple messages with no response. It's been several days and no one has even reached out to apologize.

I wasted two days of sitting around waiting on two seperate no shows and delayed getting my washer/dryer hooked up by two weeks, when I could of been scheduling the job with a different plumber.

Extremely disappointing experience with this business. Cliff may or may not be a good plumber, but I never got the opportunity to find out!

After initial diagnosis of my problems payment only accepted via cash check or money order. After calling multiple times trying to sort this out I ended up leaving a voicemail and never received a call back. Late that same evening I received a text claiming that the plumbing job has been declined. Serious lack of professionalism.

Very Professional, knowledgeable, & reliable! I replaced my gas range w/ an electrical one, & Mr. Cliff was able to safely shut off & seal the old gas line. He also installed a new propane water heater for us, & it works great! Fair & competitive pricing. We will absolutely call Mr. Cliff again for all our future plumbing needs!

Our water heater stopped heating the water. We called Cliff's Classic Care Plumbing, and left a message. Cliff returned our call within an hour, and we made an appointment for him to come to our house. Cliff showed up on time and looked at the water heater. Two new parts had to be ordered, which took several days. When the parts arrived, we called Cliff, who was over the next day, and the water heater was repaired. Call Cliff, you won't be disappointed!

Cliff's work is five stars and he is a pleasure to work with. Our flush valve needed replacing - the toilet was constantly running. We couldn't easily replace the valve because the water faucet to turn off the water to the toilet was frozen. I did my research and was a little depressed to see so few plumbers with high Yelp ratings in Sierra Vista. I saw Cliff's Classic Care Plumbing ratings which were high but few so I looked at his website and learned he has gotten a high rating from Angie's list for six years in a row. I called for an appointment, Cliff called back within a couple of hours even though the message on his phone said it might take a day to get back to me. We set up an appointment for the next day - btw 12noon and 2pm. He showed up 15 min early apologetic, hoping it wasn't a problem. He found that our outdoor water turnoff wasn't working either so he turned the water off at the Main. Within 30 min, he was finished and he used the flush valve we had purchased when we thought we could fix the toilet ourself. He gave us discounts for being vets, left the bathroom in pristine condition, and he was a gentleman. The outdoor water turnoff would be somewhat costly to deal with and it would include digging up the landscaping. Cliff said its not leaking and as long as someone can turn the water off at the Main, we shouldn't worry about. If we need that done, he said just call and he would do it as a courtesy. He knows his business and he knows customer service. With those two things in short supply among other businesses I have dealt with in SV, Cliff is a keeper. Call him with confidence.

If you need a plumber call Cliff! Super friendly, great with dogs and plumbing needs. Very kind and came all the way up to Tucson to install a new water heater (extra charge however would only hire Cliff). Only the best options and accessories installed. Very impressed! He changed my shower faucet and even gave me options regarding designs to pick from. He will work on Saturday but by appointment only. Great price and brands selected!

Fabulous, craftsman, old school, plumber. Incredibly methodical, does not schedule successive jobs tightly, and very organized. Replaced my hot water heater and UPGRADED the original home builder's work as if my house was his! Installed male, threaded adaptors on hot and cold water stubs so future inlet/outlet lines can now simply screw on/off when needing replacement. Used new, high quality stainless steel flex water lines. Pitched the supplied-with-new-heater brass drain valve (has rubber seal inside, ugh!) with very high quality Wolverine (lifetime warranty) 1/4 turn brass ball valve. Installed and plumbed drain pan (now code required) to outside exterior wall. Installed condensation fitting in gas line (now code required). Also plumbed back in the complex water recirculation pump and piping. Sweated new copper tubing = a work of art! And of course, no leaks! Seeing is believing. You might find a plumber charging a few bucks less, but why sacrifice quality, witness a rush job, or risk a leak? And Cliff is the only employee so you can count on perfection time and time again! I have NEVER been disappointed in his finished project where quality and customer satisfaction is his guarantee. In my case, almost $200 on the invoice was additional investment I asked for in quality parts and upgrades for long water heater service life. Oh yes, he also offers military, senior, and Angies List discounts too!
