Cliff is an amazing plumber with the best customer service I've had in a while. He came to do multiple jobs for me: drained and flushed my water heater, installed new water softener, recaulked my sink, tub and toilet, as well as replace rusted out toilet floor flange. He was very neat and courteous - he cleaned up after himself. I give him 5 stars and recommend to not hesitate to call him! Super happy with his work, THANK YOU!

Cliff's Classic Care Plumbing has been to our house twice in the last three weeks. The first time was to clear out our sewage line from the house to the city line, he and his done did a quick job of it and cleaned up perfectly afterwards., The second time was today to change out the shower handle to a new one. Again they did a great job. Debra called yesterday to let me know that Cliff would be 1/2 an hour late for our appointment. Debra gets back to you quickly when you call to make an appointment.

Used this guy once, years ago. I am not going to complain about the service because it was a quick turn around however I found out later there must not be much work for this guy so still, I have no complaint. The issue is the amount of money charged for 10 minutes of service. I highly recommend anyone else in Sierra Vista.

I called and scheduled an appointment about a week in advance. On the day of the appointment he was a no show. After sitting around waiting I called to find out what was going on. His assistant answered the phone and said his other job ran over and he wasn't going to make it that day. I understand these things happen, but they should of called me once the realized they were going to cancel.

The assistance reschedule for a few days later. Once again he was a no show, but this time no one answered the phone. I left multiple messages with no response. It's been several days and no one has even reached out to apologize.

I wasted two days of sitting around waiting on two seperate no shows and delayed getting my washer/dryer hooked up by two weeks, when I could of been scheduling the job with a different plumber.

Extremely disappointing experience with this business. Cliff may or may not be a good plumber, but I never got the opportunity to find out!

After initial diagnosis of my problems payment only accepted via cash check or money order. After calling multiple times trying to sort this out I ended up leaving a voicemail and never received a call back. Late that same evening I received a text claiming that the plumbing job has been declined. Serious lack of professionalism.

Very Professional, knowledgeable, & reliable! I replaced my gas range w/ an electrical one, & Mr. Cliff was able to safely shut off & seal the old gas line. He also installed a new propane water heater for us, & it works great! Fair & competitive pricing. We will absolutely call Mr. Cliff again for all our future plumbing needs!

Our water heater stopped heating the water. We called Cliff's Classic Care Plumbing, and left a message. Cliff returned our call within an hour, and we made an appointment for him to come to our house. Cliff showed up on time and looked at the water heater. Two new parts had to be ordered, which took several days. When the parts arrived, we called Cliff, who was over the next day, and the water heater was repaired. Call Cliff, you won't be disappointed!
