Nafiz was very great at replying to project inquiry. He was transparent about the cost during the initial quoting process. I needed to have a new toilet installed, that I had previously purchased. I chose him because of his great communication and sense of urgency. He was able to come the next day. He has a very kind and genuine demeanor. I was taken a back when it was time to pay and he had calculating a different cost almost twice as much as the original quote. He assured me it was an honest mistake and refunded me the difference, almost immediately. That is the only reason I'm not giving a 5 star rating.
Although, I would strongly consider contracting him again.

He'll even come to your home in the middle of the night, if you need him. We are definitely using him for all our plumbing needs from this day forward. Try him! This is a family owned business and we couldn't be happier with the service. He arrived right on time, was friendly and attentive, and explained how all the new equipment worked. We had an RO system installed as well as a water softener system.

Pricing was fair and on-par with other quotes, but what put Cleverland above the rest is the care put into the work.

Nefiz was very responsive and did a great job diagnosing the issue. Didn't push me to get extra work but fairly said if we don't replace the garbage disposal he would probably be back clearing out pipes and clogs again in a year. He did a great job coordinating with the tenant in my rental home, completing the work quickly at a good price and he even sent me pictures and videos of the completed work (I live out of state and I appreciated the updates along the way). I will definitely use him going forward for all my plumbing work on my rental homes.

Very happy with Cleverland. They installed a water softener and water heater. There was no high pressure sales job on selling me their equipment and was quite willing to install my own softener and heater. Ended buying what was offered because it was a very good quality unit at a very competitive price compared to other quotes I received for similar equipment and not that much more had I purchased my own. They arrived promptly and installed both units in less than a day and produced a quality install for a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend Cleverland as they go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Our plumber was great. Came on time and stuck to his estimate. I appreciate that the estimate was given over the phone. That way it saves both of your time. Came in and installed our r.o. water system. Got done pretty quick with minimal fuss. Very nice and explained what was happening.
Will be using them again for our future plumbing needs
