Nafiz is amazing! i had a small plumbing issue but he treated it with the same urgency as if it was a major emergency. His pricing was extremely fair and competitive. He was very timely with responding to my questions and he completed the job quickly and efficiently and followed up the next day to make sure everything was ok. This company I would honestly say he's the best in this business. He answers his phone promptly, you can tell him what you need and gives you a quote of a price and he keeps his word on it. He will tell you up front if you pay in cash or check it's the price he quotes but if you use a credit card you will pay a little more. He will shows up on time and he's ready to work. After he's done the area where he did the job is left very clean and orderly. You don't even know work was done there. As long as he's in business he has a permanent client with us! If you need a great plumber look no further and use this company. You won't go wrong!

I can not sing Nafiz's praises enough!! Where do I start?! First off, my fiancé who is a maintenance technician, had been attempting to fix this leak all week. There was a leak in the wall in between my garage and our spare bedroom. The water had flooded the bedroom. We had to turn the water off and on all week to prevent any further damage. I attempted to get someone out through my home warranty company. However, due to living in Maricopa the first company was a no show and then rescheduled to come out a whole week later. We absolutely could not wait any longer to have this leak repaired. Nafiz responded immediately on a Sunday at that! Then, he was able to come out the same day (on Sunday). He actually arrived approximately 30 minutes early. Then, he had the leak completely fixed less than an hour. I am thoroughly impressed with his work, professionalism and sense of urgency. He will be our good to guy for any additional plumbing needs!

Our old garbage disposal decided to crap out on us, it was time as it was an old one and then we saw this business on Yelp when we asked for quotes they were one of the lowest quotes we found but they replied fast and then he came out and replaced the garbage disposal unit and there were no issues. He had quoted a price of $250 flat and that's what we paid. I took off one star because they charged $9.75 to use a credit card so be wary of that but other than that it was a great job and we'll use them again for any other plumbing project and just remember not to pay with a card.

Friday night when I was putting things away I saw water flow from my garage. Investigation revealed our water heater had kicked the bucket. Saturday I was searching for someone to fix the problem so I reached out on Yelp and received several quotes with timelines later in the week. Nafiz who owns Cleverland Plumbing reached out with an excellent quote and from my research a better water heater than I had at my house. Nafiz came out on Saturday afternoon and we had hot water that evening. No extra cost for a Saturday and in my mind an emergency. Thanks again Nafiz, I will definitely use you service again and letting my friends and neighbors know what a great job you did for us.
