I could not contact several plumbers by phone, but Cleveland Plumbing answered on the 2nd ring. The technician came by on his way home from another job, left his trailor with the trench digger on it, and came back the next day to dig up my broken underground service pipeline. I did not expect service on a weekend, much less Fathers Day, but he and his son finished the job on Fathers Day, at a reasonable price.

Our toilet and bathroom flooded during the night.. what a mess! I called Cleveland Plumbing due to good reviews on Facebook. They promptly showed up (when promised), fixed the plumbing issue and it was surprisingly very affordable. Cleveland Plumbing is now my ""go to"" when I have plumbing issues.

I called with a leak next to my outer wall and Carl came out right away and did the repair. He was quick and his work is great, he even replaced a faucet handle that he noticed needed replacing for free. I called him because I saw that my neighbor used his services a few months back with replacing a water line from the street so I gave him a call. I'm glad I did. I will not hesitate to call him again if I'm in need of help.

He came in damaged the cut off in my kitchen making it unusable and NOT the room where he was to make reparations (a shower line was to be added.) He promised to return in two days to make my repairs and repair a leak in the toilet for my 84 year old mother, he never showed up again nor did he call but left us waiting all day.

Cleveland plumbing is fantastic!!! If I could give him 100 stars I would!! I came home to no hot water. I have a 5yr old that loves her bath time! She said call the bathroom guy to see if he could fix it so I did! He came that evening when I got home from work... He looked at it and said its dead and had to replace the water heater. I told him I do not get paid till Friday and he out of goodness of his heart said he would purchase the water heater and install it the next day which was today.... And I could pay him when I get paid and that I could pay him labor charge on the next pay day! By the time i got home he already had it installed! I don't know of ANYONE that would do this for a customer! My daughter gave him a high five and is very excited for her bath time tonight! I am speechless for his kindness!!! Thank you kind sir!!! You are an amazing man! I suggest to everyone to use him!!! He is an awesome plumber and very kind man! I give him all the stars in the sky!!! #CLEVELANDPLUMBING #HEAVENSENT
