First time using Cleveland Plumbing based on a recommendation on a moms Facebook page. I could not be happier. Communication was great. Returned calls fast. Gave reasonable price estimate range over the phone. Got on the books within just a couple of days. Plumber, Jim, arrived on time, communicated throughout, did awesome work, finished quickly and was just overall a REALLY nice guy. Pricing was very fair and reasonable. I would definitely use again in the future if I have any plumbing needs. Hopefully we get lucky enough to have Jim out next time! Thank you so much!!! Highly recommend!!!

This was our first time using Cleveland Plumbing. Daniel and Jim came to replace our kitchen garbage disposal and to clear the drain. They were very friendly and cleaned up nicely. We were impressed with their professional service, good attitude and fair price. We'll call them again.

In addition, it's not unusual that I get a follow-up call from the owner, Vance, making sure I'm happy with the results of the job. I've recommended Cleveland Plumbing to friends and family and will continue to do so. Of course most plumbing needs happen on the fly. Mine was just that as we sprung a leak in our ceiling pipe. It was a pretty tough day to find a plumber due to Veterans Day but thankfully these folks were open. Their response was with in 3 hours. Our plumber Will, was amazing and not only corrected the issue but explained everything in detail and the pricing was more then fair. It's hard to find a reputable plumber and you will be very pleased with this choice. Ask for Will, he was excellent!!!! U

Once again Cleveland Plumbing saved the day. Visitors come and plumbing issues tend to happen. Chuck came to my house within the time frame slotted, in fact got here on the earlier side. He explained everything and didn't try to charge me for things I didn't need. He also gave me tips on how to keep the plumbing in my old home up to snuff. We just had Cody Paredes and helper Sal from Cleveland plumbing come out to correct bad clog that his co-worker did not fix 2 days earlier. Cody was thorough, neat and explained everything going on. He fixed what the other fellow could not. Thank you Vance for sending Cody out to make it right. This would have been 5 stars if problem was fixed at the first visit and there was no delay in getting our bathroom back.
