My kitchen sink was clogged. I called a big named company. Their tech was unable to unplug the drain. They had a specialist come out with a camera and gave me a quote of 6500.00 to replace a broken pipe. I called Cleveland plumbing. They were able to troubleshoot the clog. They used a hydro jet to clear the line. The sink drains better than it has in the 17 years that I have been at my house. Thank you Cleveland Plumbing. You guys are simply amazing. Derek came out to my house today to fix my master bath faucet... what a nice courtesy respectful professional guy... he showed up exactly on time n got to work immediately... replaced my old faucet w a new updated version n look... this is the 3rd time I have used Cleveland Plumbing... couldn't ask for better service n the job done right... I had a leak in my faucet in the kids'/guest bathroom. I knew it probably needed replacing, since nothing I did could fix it. So I called Cleveland Plumbing and set up an appointment with Vance. In the meantime, I picked up a new faucet at Home Depot, to save a little bit of money.

The technician Daniel S. arrived on time a few days later; in fact he got here early, which was fine. He gave me an estimate for his labor on the spot, then proceeded to do the work. Despite a glitch that was not his fault, Daniel proceeded to fix the faucet, and it worked perfectly.

Daniel did a great job and charged me exactly what he said he would. He easily could have charged me more, but he didn't. He even said it was not necessary when I tried to give him a tip. Cleveland Plumbing is doing a fantastic job and I recommend the company and Daniel S. in particular. Thanks, guys!

These guys are amazing. We called them yesterday about out broken hot water heater and they came out early the next morning and installed a beautiful 75 gallon water heater and replaced all of the surrounding parts at a great price. They left our garage cleaner than they found it. Cleveland Plumbing is very professional and that's why we use them for all of our plumbing needs.
