Mixed feelings about these guys. While they did good work, they reamed us on price. We had a major kitchen sink leak that was draining water through our basement ceiling. We called these guys and they were willing to come out at 7pm that night. After replacing a cast iron fitting under the sink, we discovered there was another leak in the walls aside from the one they fixed. They didnt want to get into that big a job in the evening which i understand so they gave me a price and told me they could come back later. I took this time to have some more plumbers come out for bids. That is when i came to realize that cleveland plumbing drastically overcharged us for the work they did. While i appreciate them coming out in our time of need, i wish i would have had the opportunity to get some price comparisons. Go ahead and call these guys (they did a solid repair) but get some other quotes, as well. We went with another plumber for the second and much bigger repair (opening ceiling and stucco walls, and replacing a long stretch of cast iron piping), yet ended up paying the same amount as their much smaller job.

So we arrived back from a trip to Austin to find a pin hole leak in our copper piping. Called Vance at Cleveland Plumbing, told him the situation and he had a truck in front of the house in about an hour. Work was quick, affordable and well done. He even recommended a drywall guy to help clean up the leak. Great service!

I called Cleveland Plumbing after I had an issue with the pipe bursting. I called the fire department to turn off the water since it was 5am in the morning. When I called Cleveland at 8pm, they came in a few hours. They were prompt & professional. They also gave me advice on the roots that will keep going into the pipe line where as another company said I should get epoxy which would cost any where between 5k-10k. I highly recommend them!

My heroes! We had a sewer line back up and were stranded all day waiting for another company to show up (they never did). My husband made a quick call to Cleveland. We got a return call with the assurance that the technicians were on their way. Sure enough, within a half an hour, they were here!

The techs cleared a nasty, deep clog and got it done fast. I was afraid it was going to be a long night without a toilet or shower, but we are operational.

MICHAEL WEIL aka MIKE was AWESOME!!!! We needed a plumber today like ASAP!!We had an emergency at our house (nasty leak, tons of water was bursting out of bathtub faucet!!) that required timely response (with hopes of getting a reasonable deal)...Mike came out within 30 minutes from the time we called him and was able to shut the main water line to stop the leakage. Our gate valve broke and he managed to install new ball valves for our front of the home and the back! He did it within an hour and a half!!!! He was very polite, honest, professional, efficient, extremely knowledgeable (I kept asking him many questions :P), he was quick, affordable and very patient. He took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done which to me is very helpful considering I don't know much about plumbing!! I would definitely use again and I honestly recommend Mike for the job and this company! Keep it up Cleveland Plumbing!!

Our main line backed up tonight and made quite a mess. I called Cleveland Plumbing after 9 pm, and Vance was able to quickly come out and fix the problem. He was professional, courteous, and got the job done. The price he quoted on the phone was exactly what we paid in the end. If you need a plumber, call Cleveland Plumbing!

I called on Saturday due to my tenants stating they thought the main line was backed up. I was quoted a $200 emergency call to just show up and then the tech was suppose to call me with the total cost before the work was done which he did not do, I was told price after the ""repair"". That is where the two stars come in. Why this isn't 5 stars, less than 24 hours later Sunday I'm backed up again. I receive a call from Cody, the tech saying my tenants called him because the problem is occurring again. I said didn't you fix this issue LESS than 24 hours ago. He answers yes however there are no warranties or guarantees so for him to go out again there is the emergency fee AGAIN and then the fee to ""temporally fix"" the issue again. He also stated the main needs to be replaced, as we had discussed as a possibility on the call from Saturday. I'm okay with no warranty however I do expect to get longer than 24 hours if the line was cleared as stated. Now I am out $300 dollars and the issue is not resolved. I gave this company a glowing review in February, but it appears that the company has changed. At this point I will be getting a new plumbing company out to the property.

Cleveland is awesome! They were extremely accommodating with my timing and very thorough. The plumber explained work and costs in detail prior to commencing, and reviewed work completed to ensure satisfaction. Highly recommend over Roto-Rooter, as they also do exploratory leak work through dry wall at a very reasonable cost.

So happy with this company! We had just moved and I needed help hooking up the refrigerator, washer and dryer. I called them late morning and they were able to help out same day! Cody went out of his way to make sure I understood everything he was doing and what needed to happen. I will be calling them again when other issues happen which in a new home in sure will come up!
