Disappointing experience with this company. Repair was done when I was not at home and was satisfactory but the plumber left some unexplained holes in the floor. They also overcharged my credit card and did not respond to phone calls or a formal letter to resolve the situation. The owner tells you he'll call you back but he never does. You have to keep calling back.

Clendaniels did the plumbing for our home in Bridlewood so I thought it would be a ""natural"" to have them install my Aquasana water filter system. Wrong! After charging me almost $900 they did not install one of the filters. Everyone makes mistakes but I've been getting the run around for four months now and the filter sits in my garage waiting to be installed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I called this morning due to a sudden plumbing problem (Sunday - their website says 24/7) and left a message with the service. I got no call. An hour later I called back and was told the owner had been given the message. It's now nearly 4:30 pm, over six hours since my original call and I still have not heard from them. If you don't have time to help me, I get it. Just call me back and let me know, but call me back! I have cancelled my call with their service and will call my regular plumber tomorrow. I will never call this company again. It's one thing to lose business because of poor workmanship or exorbitant prices, but it's just plain stupid to lose business because of poor communication before you even perform a service.

I've had Clendaniels plumbers install a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal (2017) and 3 new bathroom faucets (2019). Absolutely the best service. Very accommodating and responsive. They have a can do/get it done approach. Love them!!!
