Had a difficult project. My tank hot water heater was installed (shoe horned) into a small area next to the AC/Furnace. There was no room to get to the hot water heater without getting into a pretzel position. I decided to change the tank heater to a tankless and move it in the attic to give more room to service both the AC and hot water units.

It wasn't easy to get in there, pull the old unit and then redo all the piping and gas line. Dave did a great job and now the attic has room to move around better. The tankless heater is wonderful. Clem's was recommended to me by my current plumber who I love but even they knew that tankless heaters need to be installed by those who are experienced and know what they are doing. They recommended Clem's. I can see why.

Yes...I do recommend. Good customer service as well as punctual. Only reason for 4 stars...its tge same toilet that keeps backing up. They fix for 4-6 months...I call back. Good folks to call tho

Very professional and honest. The job was big. The job cost was on point and better than any previous estimate. I knew I had Multiple issues, leaking water lines and in need of a complete replacement of the underground sewerage system. The crew arrived with all the right state-of-the-art equipment, pin pointed the underground leak and repaired it in no time. Clem and his crew Quickly replaced the entire drainage system and had my house up and running in no time. I HIGHLY recommend Clem's Plumbing!!

One of this companies vans tried to run me off the road this morning. Hit my right side mirror, then preceded to flip me off both men in the car. I have pictures of the van and license plate and will make an official complaint. if this is how their workers behave off site I can only imagine what they do when you aren't watching closely. I had a great experience. They showed up for the appointment ON TIME, first of all. Then he fixed the problem quickly without trying to up-sell me on a bunch of services I didn't need. He was in and out in less than an hour and everything worked perfectly. Plus, it was affordable. I paid less than $150 for parts, labor and all. Nice surprise.

Called Friday afternoon and got appointment for Monday afternoon - pretty incredible considering all the damage from Hurricane IDA. Clem actually performed my service and called me and said he could come earlier if I would be home. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable! I have not been impressed with plumbers in the New Orleans/Metairie area until now. I definitely recommend this company if you are in need of a quality plumber!

When I called a professional person answered the call, understood my issues and scheduled a professional plumber the same day. He was late, but still made it the same day and fixed my plumbing problem in 20 min. He had the perfect part and knew exactly what he was doing with my unique problem. I have been a landlord for the past 40+ years so I've dealt with my fair share of plumbers over the years and this was by far the worst experience I've had with a plumbing service. They would never reply to my calls and when they finally came out, they did a horrific job and on top of that, they didn't even finish the job. I had to hire another company to come out and finish it. Then, tried to overcharge me.
Would not recommend.
