Clem with Clem Co Plumbing was very professional. He replaced our 15 years old water heater which needed to be replaced.

Clem was on time and has great customer relation skills. He's Very knowledgeable and knows his craft very well. His prices are very reasonable. Clem swiped out the old and installed the new water heater with no problem. He immediately knew what had to be done when he arrived. He had to Cut the pipes which connected to the old water heater to reposition for the newer heater. Then Clem had to re-thread and weld the pipes together. which had to be done in order for the new water heater to fit perfectly. I have to say it was a job well done.

When having plumbing work done on your home, you want someone reliable, knowledgeable, and professional - and of course you want a good deal. Clem exceeded all those expectations from the start. Starting by taking my phone call late in the evening, Clem was the only plumber out of the many I called that took the time to discuss the issues was having and answer my questions without insisting on having an appointment first. I understand why most will not - you can't really diagnose these things remotely - but Clem took a more personal approach and understood my concerns as a homeowner. With the understanding that everything was theoretical until he was able to come out, he didn't mind discussing some possibilities. This set him apart from the rest, and his obvious wealth of knowledge made me comfortable immediately.

When we set the appointment, Clem gave me the narrowest time frame for arrival - another huge difference from other companies. Most of them had a 3-4 hour window. He gave an hour time time frame and arrived precisely at the beginning of the it. If you have kids, dogs, and/or a busy schedule, the value of promptness cannot be overstated.

Clem estimated about 2 hours for the job, exactly in-line with estimates from other companies. The job was finished well ahead of time. Of course you don't want things to be rushed at the expense of quality, and assuredly they were not. I never thought I would get excited looking at plumbing, but the install was clean and well done - again, his expertise was made very apparent.

Being beyond satisfied with Clem's work, combined with his very competitive pricing, I decided it was time to get the rest of our 17 year old plumbing up to date and immediately booked him for additional jobs.

Spending money on repairs sucks, but when you're getting a great deal from a talent professional, it sucks a lot less. Highly recommend Clem to anyone in need of a plumber!

Loved that he answered right away, and made time to fit me in. I needed 4 faucets installed, and 1 garbage disposal. He came out same day to do the work. Wonderful service was able to get out right away and fix a valve repair for me within a couple hours of asking, on the initial call. On time, professional and very friendly. Not to mention reasonable pricing. Will be using his services for future repairs.

Great experience. Came to repair irrigation leak and was on time. Very friendly company and very happy with the completion. Any problems just give them a call. Can't go wrong with ClemCo
