Let me state up front that I ended up not needing their services. However, that being said, their service was top notch! As I just finished brushing my teeth, the water pressure stopped! (Thankfully had just finished and didn't have a toothpaste-foam mouth.. lol) Made several calls to attempt to get some sort of resolution... and well.. actually they came recommended by Home Angels (which is a GREAT sign!) by what would be classified as an emergency. They were very diligent in getting an agent out right away today. As I said before, ended up not needing the service but just the fact that they were so excellent in helping,.. I'd spoken with Kylie and she even called me from her personal number once she was trying to call me back and was oh so kind and diligent. They are now saved as a contact in case their services are needed sometime!!

I was in a bit of a jam and needed a tank replacement with only a one day window and he was willing to pull out all the stops for me so it would get done. Since I was out of town my sister was cat sitting at my condo. The toilet needed to be replaced and she checked and found that Cleary Plumbing had good reviews. They installed a toilet and from what I can see they did a good job. The reason I can't give them more stars is because they charged $600 for installing it. This included the simple, regular kind of toilet. I have never heard of such a charge for replacing a no frills toilet. Also, they left a almost new shop vac. After each of the four times we called them, they promised to pick it up at a agreed upon time. Never came.

I called in at 11:40 PM, and they sent someone out immediately to fix my drain. Evan showed up, was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to try a series of activities to identify the issue, and worked to resolve it. After I thought it was solved, he checked to make sure that the core issue was resolved. He determined another issue, and resolved that too. If I have any further issues, I know who I will call. It was a great experience when it could have gone badly. Great job Evan!

I hired Cleary at the end of May to fix a pluming leak in my condo. During the project of tracking down the leak we decided to replace the hot water heater, some of the pipes leading into the bathroom as well as the shower pan. Cleary filed for a permit to replace the hot water heater. The permit for the hot water heater failed because they didn't make needed changes to the power supply and they used duct tape to close a hole they created behind the new hot water heater. During the inspection the city also called out the fact that they didn't file a permit for the new pluming. Now its 3 months later I have no bathroom. I took care of having the pipes in the bathroom drywalled, Per Cleary's instructions and had the walls tiled. I have not passed a single inspection and cannot proceed with any other work until Cleary does their part. This is unacceptable. I am told they just filed for the permit this week for the new pipes in the bathroom. That means 2-3 weeks before inspection. Cleary, you need to know that customer service is more than a pleasant voice on the phone. Please correct the mistakes and finish this job!!!

I needed a toilet repaired/replaced and so I called Cleary. I scheduled an appointment for a time when I would already be home dealing with other home issues. Mandy was very nice and I liked that she asked me to send her photos of the toilet so they could have one on hand if it needed to be replaced. There's also text/email confirmations and reminders of the appointment. The technician was Junior and he was nice enough to call when he was ahead of schedule to see if he could come earlier but I wasn't available. He ended up coming later than originally scheduled but these things happen, and I appreciate that he still came rather than trying to reschedule. Replacing the toilet was extremely quick and easy and I'm satisfied with my first experience with Cleary and will definitely use them in the future.
