What a great experience from beginning to end. Kylie was so nice when I called on a Saturday, she rearranged the work schedule for Monday so Collin could come over first thing. He was awesome with helping us choose our new water heater, explaining all the pros and cons, and even when we changed our mind last minute he got us all installed and taken care of quickly and neatly. The other guy who helped him was great too! I loved the high tech touches-- we got a text with a photo of Collin before he came over so we knew who to expect. We're glad to have found a local plumber we can count on!

Chris and the whole Cleary team were amazing! Their office staff booked my appointment right away, and I was able to speak to Chris directly, not some random person that didn't know or care what was going on. When there was a mix-up/confusion on timing, Chris come out personally later that same day, and got the job done. You can definitely tell that Cleary takes their business seriously, and values their customers! I'll be using Cleary Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs!

Pros: responded fairly quickly to Yelp messenger and I was able to speak with a customer service rep on the phone after a brief hold. They set a window on the same day and the 2-person crew arrived more or less on time. Cons: was not given a clear """"free estimate"""" before the work started. The repairmen seemed unqualified to fix the issue on their own and were calling a manager or superior on the phone for advice. Was up-sold on expensive camera scoping service and jet flush services. However, they didn't have that equipment on them and it would have required another visit. Furthermore the $375 drain cleaning job I paid for (which didn't solve the issue completely) had NO warranty, while the $750 camera/jet flush job receives a warranty. Ultimately, the repair guys left and our drain was not working the way it was supposed to work (maybe 75% functionality). I wasn't keen on being pressured to agree to expensive additional procedures. The repairmen seemed to have little conviction their cheaper course of action would solve the problem, but seemed convinced procedures totaling 2x the cost would solve them. We plan to try another plumbing service in the future.

My toilet overflowed last night. Needless to say what a hassle...based on the reviews here I decided to call Cleary Plumbing. Within ten mins of call, I had a confirmation email that they would fit me in this AM. Less than an hour later Collin arrived at the house. They effectively communicated the problem and sent me estimates with my options, took pics of issues and worked quickly to resolve it. He was polite and professional. Within basically two hours of call my immediate problem was solved. If pricing was a little more than I expected...when a home emergency occurs and it's fixed this quickly, I'm ok with paying for that type of service. I was also able to call in the payment over the phone to their office as I was at work the entire time. Well done! Highly recommend! Thank you!

Be clear with the company who is making the final decisions. I spoke with technician on the phone and was very clear with what work I wanted done and approved a price. Instead of emailing me the quote he gave my mother a quote (88 years old) for the double the price for her sign, went ahead and did the work and then sent me the bill double what I approved. Did hear back from the owner and he is willing to make thing right- so that is a plus.

Disappointed with this company. They wanted $50 to tell me what price they would charge to replace my hot water heater.

Our toilet would not properly flush, apparently due to debris in the line. The plumber cleaned out the line and everything seemed to be OK. We were charged a few hundred dollars for the service. A few days later, we went on a trip for a couple of weeks. When we returned home, we discovered that all of our toilets, showers and bathtubs had backed up during our absence. The house was a mess. Cleary sent a second plumber, who repeated the cleaning procedure. He told us that the problem was due to a single baby wipe in the line. A single baby wipe? Frankly, we find this difficult to believe. We feel that the job was not done properly the first time. Again, we were charged a few hundred dollars for the repeat service. We feel that there should not have been any additional charge under the circumstances. The second plumber failed to properly reposition and grout the toilet that he worked on. He promised to return, but failed to do so. This necessitated a third visit from a different plumber merely to reposition and grout the toilet. The three plumbers were all courteous and professional. We realize that sometimes errors occur. However, we believe that the job was not done correctly the first time; consequently, we should not have been charged for any subsequent visits.

This company gave our community poor work , failed to send in proper reports to city for back flow yet expected payment for work not completed .Gave us mixed messages and now refuse to complete work .Work was poorly done and technician not understanding even after meeting and going over details . Extremely disappointed in this vendor

The response to my initial review was dishonest. The ONLY thing that was done was a change out of the aerater. All of these other things that you claim you did were never done. That just adds insult to injury. Beware, this is a dishonest plumber.

I needed a toilet repaired/replaced and so I called Cleary. I scheduled an appointment for a time when I would already be home dealing with other home issues. Mandy was very nice and I liked that she asked me to send her photos of the toilet so they could have one on hand if it needed to be replaced. There's also text/email confirmations and reminders of the appointment. The technician was Junior and he was nice enough to call when he was ahead of schedule to see if he could come earlier but I wasn't available. He ended up coming later than originally scheduled but these things happen, and I appreciate that he still came rather than trying to reschedule. Replacing the toilet was extremely quick and easy and I'm satisfied with my first experience with Cleary and will definitely use them in the future.
