James S.Called around to get quotes to have my septic system pumped out.
Not only did Clearwater have the best price, but their price also included digging up the ground to uncover the access lid to the system.
Every single septic company I called for a quote wanted several hundred dollars just to dig up the ground to uncover the access lid alone on top of the septic pumping itself. One company, Keith Roberts septic wanted $700 to uncover the access lid and to pump out the system and I only paid half of that here, so it really pays to call around to get the best quote.
The tech that came out was friendly and professional.
The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is the tech said the office would call me for my payment, and when they did I was out running errands and my phone was on mute. So since I didn't answer or call back immediately, I guess they thought I wasn't going to pay them, so they called back twice more and also left both a voice mail and text message.
As soon as I could, I looked at my phone and saw all the missed calls and messages and called at that point and made my payment.
I will use them again the next time my septic system needs pumping, but ONE phone call or message is sufficient and I will call you back and make my payment, no need to call three times and leave 2 messages in a 30 minute time span!
