Great work by Doug! I tried everything but I couldn't figure out why my tank was leaking. Well, Doug figured out that there was a part which could not seal. I had to get a new toilet but Doug procured one from his supplier and replaced it in short order. Thanks again, Doug. You're my plumbing guy!

Wow: Doug is awesome. Had a problem with my water heater not working and Doug walked me through fixing it over the phone!!! What can I say? I live in a condo with the water heater downstairs. Instead of setting an appointment for him to check it out (and obviously charging me), he had me take pictures of my water heater and send them to him for his review. Turns out that I have a blower on top of my water heater and due to the recent heat wave, the GFI simply popped, which caused the blower to not function which caused the water heater to not work. I reset the GFI and now all is well!

I can't begin to thank Doug enough for his professionalism and honesty regarding today's dilemma. If I have any future plumbing problems, Doug will definitely be the person I call first.

I just had Doug come to our place and change the kitchen faucet. As noted by many of other reviewers, Doug showed up 10 min before the appointment time. Awesome!! Doug was very prompt in replying the message and very quick installing the new faucet. He is very honest and his fees are reasonable. I will use him for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Doug is the real deal! If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would! I've been using him since I purchased my home in Canyon Country two years ago. The first time was to fix a pipe that a handyman cut through and then didn't fix properly. About two weeks after Doug was here, I received a check in the mail for $4 because he realized he had overcharged me for a piece. It's sad to say that this is such a rarity now. I would have never known, and he could have kept the money, but Doug's integrity would never allow him to do that. Needless to say, that sealed the deal for me.

Since then I've had him over several times. Mostly easy maintenance stuff. He's always proficient and timely. Here are some of the stand out instances.... My water heater started constantly draining. I called my home warranty company to have it fixed. They sent plumbers out who told me that the water heater had to be fixed along with the pressure regulator to the house. Both of those things would be covered, but they also needed to do $950 worth of digging and re-piping that was not covered by the warranty. They were claiming I didn't have the correct types of pipe going into the house. It didn't set right with me. I called Doug and asked him to come over and look at what they were saying needed to be re-piped. He came over that day and told me they were lying to get more money from me. He said the pipes I had were the correct kind and were, in fact, the type of pipes that they would have installed. I called my warranty company and told them their plumbers were trying to rip me off. Then I proceeded to have Doug do all the repairs regardless, and thankfully, my warranty company still reimbursed me the majority of the money. In this instance alone, Doug saved me almost $1K!

Recently, I had Doug come and replace both the shut off valve to the house and the irrigation system because neither of them actually shut off the water which made making simple repairs impossible for me. He came two days later, did the work in less than an hour, and voila! Done. About a week later, all of a sudden, water was shooting out of a connection to the old pipe. I called Doug at about 7pm when I got home and discovered it. He was at my house by 8pm, took the fitting apart, discovered that the old pipe fitting had a crack in it (so the leak was not due to his work the prior week), he replaced the fitting which fixed the problem. He didn't even charge me for his time or the fitting even though it was not due to a mistake he had made.

Doug truly is a stand up man. There has only been one time that he was unable to come to my house. It was an emergency situation, and he was fully booked up. Even then, he gave me the number of someone else legit to call. They were great, but I will still always call Doug first and foremost because he is trustworthy, honest, and will treat you and your house with respect - and all for a reasonable price! What more could you possibly ask for??
