We have used Clearwater plumbing perhaps four times now and each time they are very professional and polite. The are very knowledgeable
and go the extra yard to do the job to the best of their ability. Today they replaced two faucets in Master and installed a new toilet in the powder room. They were here longer than they expected because they ran into a few issues with the bathroom faucets. I do not feel they charged me an extra fee because of the time. I felt I paid a very fair price for the services. I would have them back if I need further plumbing. Today Nicholas and David were the service people, and I have had Nate also come out here. Kudos to all.

Clearwater Plumbing & Repair Inc did an excellent job with replacing our waterline and fixing a leaking pipe in our home. I highly recommend this company; their quotes were well explained, reasonable and well below other companies quotes we'd received. They were on time and professional. It's funny because all of my neighbors congregated to view the work they were doing and even they were impressed with the service we received. One of my neighbors stated ""you found a great company to do the work;"" and I completely agree. What's also awesome about this company is their trenchless technology; they didn't have to dig gigantic holes in the ground; areas they had to dig were put back together; the area in our home where they had to drill into the ground looks like work was never done there; immaculate...not to mention their was no dust or mess with the drilling they had to do inside the home.

It was stressful waking up to find out the water shooting out the ground was ours but I truly consider it a blessing we stumbled upon this company and they were able to take care of the situation promptly (water was restored the same day they started the work and the next day they completed the additional work that needed to be completed).

We had a leak in underground water pipe from meter to my house. I called clearwater and they came the same day. The technician is very professional and explained everything I need to know. Their estimate is reasonable and job was done very well. They worked with county for inspection and electrician for bond wire. I can be relax during this project. After work done, they also took care of lawn and cleaned all working area. I highly recommend this company.

When I first called Clearwater Plumbing and Repair, Inc, I told them we had a leak in an underground water line in my cattle barn and I was having a hard time providing water for the various animals on the farm because it would freeze on cold days and stop all the water flow. They came out quickly, were very friendly, very informative, answered my silly questions, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. Unfortunately, I was wrong thinking we had ""a"" leak because we had a LOT of them in every single section of our underground water lines. The small project I thought we had turned into an uncontrollable monster! This was not your ordinary plumbing job; it is an old farm property with water lines going to all our outbuildings, barns, and hydrants. Some of the water lines were under asphalt, some were under concrete, some were along gas lines, some had electric lines crossing the water line, and some were actually inside buildings. It seemed like each day presented itself with another horrible surprise, like the day they had to bring out the jackhammer because they found the water line went underneath a 3' deep bed of rock that extended for about 40 feet. Each night after they left I was so afraid they would not come back the next day, but every morning they showed up early with pep in their step and smiles on their faces! No doubt this was a disastrous job they took on, but they gave me so much comfort when they would smile and say ""We got this"". I have had many contractors in the past that have run into various surprises on the job only to get mad, throw things around, and yell.... but not Clearwater Plumbing!!! I cannot tell you how happy and positive they were throughout the entire 2+ week job!!! I will be forever grateful for not only their excellent plumbing skills, meticulous workmanship, insanely hard work, impeccable cleanup, but they also LOVED my dog!!!

Found a leak in our cold water pipe and needed it repaired ASAP. I called and was able to get a plumber to come out within the hour to replace the pipe. There was no fee to come out and we paid the price that was quoted. Friendly, professional service. Definitely using this company in the future and recommending to others in the area too!

The main water line to my rental townhouse in Manassas was leaking. I received multiple quotes, and Clearwater Plumbing was cheapest. At first, I was nervous about going with the cheapest, but I couldn't be happier with the repair. The owner showed up himself with his helper to do the work, and did an outstanding job. My neighbor a few years ago had to replace the water line and used a different contractor. The contractor was out for multiple days and dug a trench in the yard. Clearwater dug two holes, and left my yard still looking nice. They even removed the sod, and placed it back where it was. For hiring the cheapest, they went way above and beyond!!!! I was so satisfied; I had the come to my main house and replace the water heater, and install a filter system. Great company.

Update: Well, that worked. 5 minutes after posting the negative review, the owner finally called me back. They are apologetic that their man broke protocol and brought mud into my place. He will pay for my rug to be cleaned. I am once again a happy customer.



Trying to get ahold of Clearwater Plumbing after the service has been impossible. If the owner died of a heart attack, I'll come back and apologize. Their man traipsed mud all over my apartment. If you know how to get these guys to call back, let me know.

the service was great and for a good price. They replaced an old toilet and fixed the other bathroom which another company screwed up.
