Asked if they could come check a leaky shower faucet and tub faucet and mentioned no rush. They scheduled a time for the next day. 2 tech's showed and did the work, what work you ask, we don't know. They were here for a very short time. As they were walking out the door my wife asked where is my invoice. They said call the office and left. I call the office and they said $260. $260?! For what?! They mentioned $100 for 2 parts and $60 for labor. Basically they do not let you know what needs to be done. They go ahead and do the work and leave you in the cross hairs having to pay after the fact. Very unprofessional. Another tech or friend of theirs showed up and said he was there to observe only. Hurt his back and couldn't do anything. The original tech was on his phone the whole time and stated he had to be on the phone. The company was referred to us from an acquaintance. I would not refer them to my ex wife let alone my worst enemy.

BEWARE! Installed a water heater for me in 2011-see inspection report below: Missing TPR (temperature pressure relief) extension pipe. TPR extension pipe must be either 3/4 inch copper or CPVC pipe and extend to within 6 inches of floor. I called and requested this be corrected and they wanted to charge me $200 to fix their error. They left a ticking time bomb in the basement in a room right next to where my child sleeps!

HD a clogged kitchen sink and they cane out very quickly that morning, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and gave suggestions on how to keep my disposal in tip top working order. Excellent service and would highly recommend.

I don't understand how they are still in the business! They came to snake the pipes from the septic to the house. Charged me $400. After I told them they did not use the backhoe, they lowered the price to $350. Do they just make it up as they go? The prices are outrageous! 40min job...$400? I guess that's why they won't tell you upfront. I needed them to work with me and the warranty company...that was another problem. I will never use them again!

Hired to do rough in and final plumbing for whole house remodel. Did not order the tankless propane outside water heaters until the day before coming (after signing contract 3 weeks earlier). So water heaters were on back order to come in 10 days. Came out to do all other rough in plumbing on the terrace level without the water heaters. After they left I contacted Gene (the owner) to express my displeasure with the condition they left my house in and the fact that they did not come with the materials or tools they needed to do the job. And the fact that they won't install copper water lines, they only use PEX, but they had no issue stealing my copper lines they removed. I did not raise my voice or swear at him. But it was clear I was irritated that I was going to spend several hours cleaning up my house. He said he would send them back out on Monday to clean it up. This was Friday afternoon. I told him I would have it cleaned up that day - this is my house. So he said after the water heaters came in they would return to install them but after that they would be done with my job. So I said OK. I'm not going to beg someone to finish the job we have a contract to do. The water heaters came in a week later but the outside conversion kits didn't arrive til this past Friday (3 weeks later). They were supposed to deliver everything to Clearwater but they apparently told the supply house not to deliver them. They told them to put them on will-call and if I wanted them, I could go get them and pay for them myself. They refuse to speak to me or my contractor (who referred me to them). Unless you want a huge headache - DO NOT HIRE these people.
