Might be great plumbers. I don't know and probably never will. Impressions are based on first experiences. Don't be fooled by the web site or the appearance that they have a showroom. I stopped in there as I pass the place every day. I wanted to have a water heater installed. I walked in the door and I was in an empty building with three ladies sitting at ancient desks piled high with mounds of papers. Not a plumbing fixture in sight but a large black dog licking my hand. The lady that finally asked if she could help me gave me one price for one water heater. My questions were greeted with, """"You should have called...we don't get many people in here."""" Though she stated that they only sell Rheem products when I inquired about the Rheem Marathon plastic line she looked at me like I was from Mars and said: """"There are no plastic water heaters. Water heaters are all the same."""" Why would a business have a location that is open to the public where there is no expectation that customers will ever come through the door, and there is no one there to knowledgeably sell any products or services? Beats me. At least they are dog lovers. Me too. But I like mine, not theirs, and not in a place of business. Guess I'll make a couple of calls and find someone that knows something about water heaters.

We had a leaking washing machine, a shower head leak and wanted a hotter shower. Scott came promptly, diagnosed all the problems easily and then fixed them quickly while explaining everything. If every service was this good in quality and value then we wouldn't need any rating sites.

We have used Clearwater Plumbing several times, all with good results. Last night at 2 a.m. a water alarm went off. Our hot water heater decided to spring a leak. We turned off the water for the entire apartment. The next morning we called and explained the problem. At first we were told it would be 2 days before someone could come out due to employee illness. We explained we would have to go to a hotel as we had to turn the water off. Within a half hour we received a call back saying someone would be out in an hour so we wouldn't have to go to a hotel. The plumber, Alan, arrived. He was beyond good and efficient and did a professional, clean and great job. We are grateful for the quick response to our problem.

Unfair price, not good quality Charged me 120$ for job didn't take more than 35 minutes, doesnt deserve more than 50$. They don't till you in advance , minimum charge 1 hour labor = 120 $. They don't care if you are satisfied or not , you use them back or not. Never use them again, never recommended to any body.

Had a clogged toilet at work(truck drivers ugh!) and called CP. They had a busy week an got me an appointment for two days later at 10-2 pm. They called the morning of and said they had a cancellation. Nice! The guy shows up and gets to work. Fifteen minutes later I checked in with him and he showed me a rag that was 40 feet down the line. It was unclogged and I was happy. I go back to work and see him leave...hmmm. Maybe he needed some wax ring or something. I forgot about it and the next day asked the office Lady"""" did we pay the plumbing invoice?"""" """"No!"""" He forgot to get paid!! Not wanting bad karma, I called and the lady seemed not phased I could have had a free plumbing service. It was pleased with clearwater plumbing and will use them again!

Rob did a great job working in cramped quarters when he cleared my main drain. He explained the procedure and the charges and also gave helpful hints on how to avoid the same problem in the future. My call was returned promptly and service was scheduled for the next day. He said they had been in business since 1951 and they were a very good company to work for.

I found Clearwater Plumbing today on YELP. I called at 8am and a professional gentleman was at my house in a flash. Problem solved quickly and efficiently all at a competitive price. Thanks Charles for doing a great job!!

I recently had my water heater replaced. The price isn't cheap but shopping around only saves you a little and who knows why they skimped. Clearwater Plumbing is an established, reputable company so I went with them. Rob was my installer and knew exactly what to do. I had no worries because he demonstrated his expertise and knowledge right away. And he was determined to do a good job and make sure I was comfortable with this once-every-15-years-or -so event. Rob pleasantly answered all my questions and even gave me free advice on the remodeling plans I shared with him. I would definitely hire them and him again. ~Andy Hagen, Clearwater, FL.

I called on a Friday to replace a food processor before a tenant was arriving Tuesday. Regrettably, their best available was Wednesday, although Saturday at double time was... let me check...not available. However, they've been a great help other times. I'd still recommend them.

Had a problem with our toilets. Not an emergency but they got us an appointment within a few days. We given a window of between 10 and 1 today and he was here at around 10:30. His name was Michael and he was great. He figured out the problem right away and was very knowledgeable . He worked very quickly and got the problem solved. No nonsense or trying to upsell on anything. Very pleased with pleased with them
