I called on a Friday to replace a food processor before a tenant was arriving Tuesday. Regrettably, their best available was Wednesday, although Saturday at double time was... let me check...not available. However, they've been a great help other times. I'd still recommend them.

We have used Clearwater Plumbing several times, all with good results. Last night at 2 a.m. a water alarm went off. Our hot water heater decided to spring a leak. We turned off the water for the entire apartment. The next morning we called and explained the problem. At first we were told it would be 2 days before someone could come out due to employee illness. We explained we would have to go to a hotel as we had to turn the water off. Within a half hour we received a call back saying someone would be out in an hour so we wouldn't have to go to a hotel. The plumber, Alan, arrived. He was beyond good and efficient and did a professional, clean and great job. We are grateful for the quick response to our problem.

Plumbing problems suck. Plumbing problems on Sundays suck worse. Called Clearwater Plumbing and the issue was resolved within an hour. Also great recommendations for restorations. Again plumbing emergencies are fun but at least Clearwater fixed it.

Had a clogged toilet at work(truck drivers ugh!) and called CP. They had a busy week an got me an appointment for two days later at 10-2 pm. They called the morning of and said they had a cancellation. Nice! The guy shows up and gets to work. Fifteen minutes later I checked in with him and he showed me a rag that was 40 feet down the line. It was unclogged and I was happy. I go back to work and see him leave...hmmm. Maybe he needed some wax ring or something. I forgot about it and the next day asked the office Lady"""" did we pay the plumbing invoice?"""" """"No!"""" He forgot to get paid!! Not wanting bad karma, I called and the lady seemed not phased I could have had a free plumbing service. It was pleased with clearwater plumbing and will use them again!

We have used Clearwater plumbing twice. Both times were prompt and very professional. Very satisfied with the professionalism and efficiency of Erin who was the representative both times. Highly recommend.

Prompt, he wore a mask, genuinely wanted to repair my plumbing issues and was very skilled in his job. I would recommend these plumbers and use them again.

Warning during the Covid19 days. I called CP to repair a leak and they got me in the same day and requested that I wear a mask and stay 6 ft. away from the plumber, which I was pleased to hear. When he showed up he promptly said to me """"I don't care if you wear a mask or not because I am dead already so if I catch it I am already dead, I have cancer"""" He proceeded to put on the paper boot covers and did the repair without gloves or a mask. Then when it was time to pay he handed me a pen to sign the invoice and said """"See, you just touched my pen, and signed your initials on my phone, so what good is the mask going to do you?"""" He said it's here now, because it is airborne so your mask isn't going to help you. My concern is that he might be a carrier and doesn't care because of his terminal illness. So be ware!

Called on Wednesday and Rob was out on Thursday morning. He unclogged the drain quickly and the problem was taken care of. In addition, Rob provided great information on how to prevent issue in the future. Rob was neat, courteous and professional!

We had a leaking washing machine, a shower head leak and wanted a hotter shower. Scott came promptly, diagnosed all the problems easily and then fixed them quickly while explaining everything. If every service was this good in quality and value then we wouldn't need any rating sites.
