Derrick came out and quickly assessed the problem with a leak in the water meter box. He came out and fixed it quickly and very professionally. He gave me a reasonable estimate for the work, and delivered.
Other plumbing teams came out and said before anything could be done, they would need a leak detector. Just the leak detection would be anywhere between $500 to $800 dollars.
I would no hesitate to use Clearwater plumbing again. They are fair, honest and professional

Derrick is the sole proprietor. I had several plumbers come give me estimates and describe how they would install a gas line to my kitchen. Boy, there are some real gems out there. One of them was going to connect it to other side of the meter. Needless to say, most of them didn't inspire confidence, the ones that seemed ok were very expensive. Derrick was extremely competent. He said outright that his quote wouldn't be the cheapest. His quote was in the middle of the field. However, he inspired the most confidence and I felt he would do the best job. Throughout the work, he explained each step and described how he does it and what someone trying to cut corners may have done. If you need any serious plumbing service in your home, I'd definitely recommend him.

I was very impressed when derrick completed the resturaunt that I hired him to do my personal home in Sacramento. He was doing a good job, until I paid him IN FULL. Since then he has abanded the project and will not answer my phone calls and the project is unfinished.

Derrick Wong is the best plumber. I was pretty ambitious about a basement remodel and decided to reroute a hot water line in the basement. When I turned on the water, it was like a tropical rainforest in my basement with leaks shooting out everywhere. I called Derrick and he came over right away on a Sunday night. He worked from 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM fixing all my poor welds, clearing out my line, and only charged me $300. I threw in a $50 tip because I was so grateful. Call him - all plumbing needs.
