The $350 visit from this company did not yield the expected results, as the advice provided was incorrect and did not resolve the issue with the leaks as it continued, even after two wax ring replacements per their advice. After independently determining the problem and making adjustments, I found success in stopping the leaks by sealing the floor.

Despite the company's inaccurate guidance, there has been no acknowledgment of their mistake, and they have not offered any resolution with us. We did not ask for them to come out so we feel they robbed us. Does 10 minute visit sound excessive, as if they are billing the HOA? Not a friendly company and you may want to look elsewhere.

Our association's plumbers are the worst so I had Tyler from Clearwater come today to clean up the poor job done by the association's plumber. He could immediately tell the drain had not been totally cleared because the drain was slow. He also brought up black oil that had come from another unit two years ago and had not been properly cleared. The Assn's plumber tried to sell me a new pipe at $350+ in parts plus labor. Tyler informed me the pipe I have is appropriate and in good condition. If you want an honest and competent plumber who will actually resolve issues, Tyler at Clearwater is the best!

I called Clearwater to fix my Moen shower valve, which was not providing any hot water. Larry came and fixed it by changing a balanced valve spool part. Another plumbing company wanted to cut into the tile wall and change the whole valve assembly at a much higher price. I was really impressed with Larry's plumbing skills.
