Clearwater Plumbing saved the day again . This review is based on both times I've used this company for a clogged toilet . First time was January 2025 when Mike Dane came out he had to use a snake to push something through as the toilet was completely clogged thinking my son had flushed something down there , we got lucky that day and Mike was able to unclog it with the snake , fast forward about a month and we have the same problem so I called Clearwater again and Joe Wood came out to save my day , he tried to snake the toilet but wasn't able to not only unclog it but couldn't even get the snake in, a new toilet would be needed . Joe went and purchased the toilet came back but before installing he sent the camera through to make sure there wasn't an impending problem waiting , all looked good and he replaced the toilet . This company is professional and punctual and they would be the only plumbing company I would use going forward . Highly recommended.

This is my 3rd year in a row using this plumber to come out and provide the annual service for a tankless water heater and this time to also clear out a slow draining sink. They are great at communicating, they text you when they're on the way, meet you at your garage (if preferred), where booties in the house, quick, professional (looking, speaking), super friendly, and just do an outstanding job each time - Very Reliable and the prices are also very reasonable, affordable! Mike Serros, the owner of Clearwater Plumbing, came to my home and performed a total plumbing inspection and waste line video scope free of charge. I found him to be very knowledgeable, professional and honest. I decided to have my water heater, which was 14 years old, replaced with a tankless one. Eddie Riboni came the next day and did the installation. The job was completed in one day.

I will be using Clearwater Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs. There is no need for me to use any other plumbing company.

I was referred by a good friend to Mike at Clearwater Plumbing and Drains in Oceanside, and now I also highly recommend Clearwater Plumbing and Drains!
I appreciated that Mike responded quickly to the urgent message that I left, and he came to my house first thing in the morning yesterday to take care of my issue.
Mike was especially professional and thorough, and he was very patient explaining things to me. His truck also appeared nice and clean, which was another good impression.
I am generally nervous with plumbers considering how expensive any type of plumbing work can be, but I was pleasantly surprised that the quote Mike provided seemed very reasonable given the work that was needed to re-do some copper fittings, and I also did not feel pressured at all to use his services.

EXCELLENT! Great service, very professional. Michael and his crew did an excellent job of draining my kitchen pipe and installing my water heater. Michael maid feel at ease about the work that was being done. I didn't feel pressured in making my decision, clearly gave me different options and explained all options. I was impressed by their workman ship clean and respectful of my home. I highly recommend Clearwater Plumbing and Drains.

Needed the fill valve replaced on a toilet, and annual maintenance done on a tankless water heater and a trusted neighbor recommended Clearwater Plumbing and Drains.

Michael came out, with a no-cost estimate, and did a quick (but thorough) inspection of all sinks, toilets, and showers in the house. Never tried to upsell anything, was very informative and answered all my questions. Wore shoe coverings the entire time indoors.

After dealing with more plumbers than I'd like to count in the past five years, Michael stands out from the rest. He knows his stuff, and his work reflected that. Everyone from reception to his assistant(s) and Michael himself are all very incredibly pleasant and easy to communicate with.

If you're in Riverside County or North County San Diego and have any kind of plumbing issue, need maintenance or installation completed, give Michael a call before anyone else.
