I have a great friend that recommended Clear Water as I was trying to fix my pool in 2018. This friend also worked for Art Grace and Clear Water.
In paid $17,000 to replace all my equipment and pool liner in 2018. Once it was completed, I had a leak and was repaired by Clear Water. At the end of the summer, it was leading again. Was told to wait till spring we can repair and open it. We did and they charged me again for the leak repair. Again, the pool was leading and they tried to fix it and again charged me for it. Last year 2020, we closed the pool while not fixing the leak.
I questioned these charged to Art and was told it's not their fault and will need to pay. My friend who now quite from there as he handled many issues/affairs like this. He told me now he quit and refused to work for him any longer. I paid Clear Water over $17,000 originally and then around $3,000 trying to fix the leak that was never fixed.
This year (2021 summer) I am working with another pool company to find and fix the leak and open my pool.
STAY away from Art Grace and Clear Water as they both the person and company will not live up to any expectations.

They charged for us for filters and lighting kits that they never replaced. They will over charge you any chance they get. Stay clear from this company they will rip you off. Can't be trusted

RUN FOR THE HILLS!
Art Grace and his crony, John Wagner, are the biggest rip off artists in the heating and cooling industry.
This guy John tried to work out a deal where I was basically paying him to learn how to fix my top of the line heating system. a system that Clearwater was supposed to be certified to work on. Then when I called him out on it and contacted Art to complain, Art said that was between John and I, and Clearwater wasnt responsible. Fact, Clearwater is who i called and who sent John to my house.
And get this, John asked to borrow the computer from my furnace so he could study it. After a week went by, with no update, I called to ask about the device, he said it was damaged and he tossed it. Said he could look if it was still in the trash, but probably gone by now. I reported it to the police, but since I allowed him to take it, there was nothing they could do.
Tried to file small claims, but since I did not pay with check or credit card, I had no access to their bank info and would not have an account to garnish.
I wrote Art Grace a personal letter explaining how things went down and that I should be refunded for my lost time and money, not to mention the stolen computer part. He responded by calling me a bald faced liar. Can you believe the F nerve of this guy.
Lastly, as a side note. John has brought his wife with him, the day he came to work on my furnace. Rather than have her wait in the van, I invited her in, gave her something to drink and let her watch television. I showed him and his wife nothing but rrspect, and got kicked in the balls for doing so.
Art Grace and John Wagner are a couple real pieces of S. I can only wish that they both die soon.

Going to fire up my pool heater in a couple of weeks for the 3rd season after this company said it was shot. Two full seasons with no issues after passing on their bogus sales pitch and fixed it myself for $70.

Those of you starting up your pool for the season, I'd pass over these guys.

They were quick on the job and were able to get our water heater in immediately. They offered fair pricing. We were also able to replace our electric panel the same week. Good workmanship and courteous.
