The worst. Promise one thing then change when they get there. Had one plumber tell me it would cost around 2000 for a repair and second plumber I called didn't even charge us as he just tightened something! Stay away if at all possible.

Unfortunately, I have to give a one-star review. I called the company and told them that I needed to have one under-sink valve replaced. And I asked how long would it take. They told me they would need 2-3 hours to shut off the water in the 3 floors building and replace one valve. They could not explain on what exactly they would be going to spend so much time. The price would be $500+ for replacing just one valve. And that wasn't an emergency rate by the way.
If I had an employee who spent 2-3 hours for such a small job I would fire him immediately. Or maybe it was an attempt to push unsolicited service. Let the reader of this review decide.

They were able to send a man same-day to address a backed up sewer & did an outstanding job of clearing. So very grateful to Joe foe everything done today. Highly recommend them - more than fairly priced, prompt and kept me apprised of how things are going at each step.

For the first time I'm dealing with such a dishonest company. At the beginning of 2017 year a small job was done by the Clearview Plumbing & Sewer, Inc from Oak Park for which I paid about $1,500. Since I had an accident and was in hospital, I didn't have time to correct this unfair charge. I gave them my credit card number and paid everything. At the beginning of 2018, the credit card was charged again about $1,500 without prior notice or invoice. I called them but no refunds were made. I closed the credit card and left it without comments on the Internet or persistently demanding the refund of this unjustified amount. Now, after three years, I have received a new for $ 16,868.68 invoice. Fortunately, I closed the card because they would take money third time. I'm warning everyone against these thieves. They think that when I paid twice for the same job in 2017, now I will pay more then ten times? I applied for an statements from my charged and now closed credit card by them and after obtaining proof of these charges I will report this company to BBB and open a case in a small court for a refund of the last unauthorized and dishonest transaction.

I gave a one star review because I had to click on one to start a review. I was looking for some plumbing work to be done and I picked this company because of a few reasons. One, they got a five star rating (even though it was based on 3 reviews), two, they're local to where I live, and three, I received a response for a quote on Yelp the same day. My negative review is because I called around noon on Monday and let a message and now it's Thursday night with no return call. Sorry but this is a huge pet peeve of my and a red flag on how the rest of the project might go. JMO.

These guys were great. They answered promptly and had someone out inside of 3 hours to fix our frozen pipe to the sink. Luckily he was able to thaw it and get our hot water running again. And now we don't have to worry about a burst pipe when the weather warms up. Plumber was very knowledgeable and helpful. I'd use them again if needed--but hope I won't need them again :)

Great service. Showed up promptly and right on time for a plumbing emergency, solved the problem immediately, cleaned after themselves - what else can one ask for ? Highly recommended ! Another highly satisfied customer.

The team from clearview worked on our apartment complex due to a building wide plumbing issue. We have a 3 week old baby and the team worked quickly and as quietly as they could. They were very communicative and considerate. We really appreciated them!!
