Wow! These guys really know their stuff. I had a small leak and called on a Friday afternoon. I left a message and Saturday morning they were at the door to fix the problem. Not only did they fix the problem, but they were super nice in explaining what they were doing and how it would fix the problem. Super professional, cleaned up when done and my leak is gone. Frank Orcino always does first rate work at very reasonable prices (probably because he doesn't have to support a national network). Given - Yelp has a bit of a reputation of ""planting"" ratings. This is straight from a very satisfied consumers mouth. No connection with Yelp or Clearview Plumbing other than this. Frank responded quicker than expected and was actually able to come to our home the following morning. We were in the middle of mold remediation from a washing machine overflow when I noted dampness on the bottom plate of the wall adjoining the garage where our tankless water heater resides. I also noted moisture on a vertical pipe in the wall. Walls in this room were already partially open for mold remediation. Frank quickly found a 90 degree copper elbow that had virtually no solder in one going - pulled it off easily by hand. Within an hour he cut out the old section, replaced it with a new one and a new elbow. Extremely grateful for the prompt response and professional handling of this matter. Frank is polite, clean, cleans up after himself and generous with tips and advice - and very reasonable.

I received several bids to replace my hot water heater. Frank underbid all of them by at least $1000. He was efficient and professional. It was breath of fresh air after being scammed by several other family owned companies. Do your homework, get several estimates, and then call Clearview.

Received several bids from a few companies to replace a water heater. The first company said that the water heater required replacement right away & wanted to do it right then. However, their price appeared really high so we told them that we wanted to get more bids from other companies before making any decision. All said & done, we went with Clearview Plumbing & dealt directly with Frank. He was very nice, his price was the lowest & his contract was clear & concise. We were very satisfied with his work!!

A few months after getting our water heater replaced, the same company that did our first bid also did an inspection on my moms water heater. They also told her that hers required replacement right away & wanted to do it right then. He price was also pretty high. My mom called me stressed out but I suggested she get more bids & also recommended Clearview Plumbing. Frank did an inspection of her water heater & told her that she actually didn't require a new water heater as of yet & that she still has several years left. Very discouraged with that other company for trying to take advantage by making it seem as though the replacement was necessary to do right then with both my mom & I! Very grateful that we found Frank & I now recommend his business to everyone!!
