Charged me 565 dollars to install a 72 dollar sink. When I complained they knocked off 75 dollars. Initially told me the faucet was 155 dollars a blatant lie. He said he took off the 75 to make me feel better. My wife was the one who called them. Don't go here they are woefully dishonest they will steal from your blind grandma

I needed my sump pump replaced. The technician checked the type of pump required. went to get one. Did not get a plastic one. He put in a metal pump. Technician was very nice and professional. I highly recommend this company.

We got the septic tank cleaning service ($646) for our home in Southampton on 06/30/23. Today (03/01/24) it is overflowing. I was confused because only 3 people live in our home and it's been less than a year since we had the tank serviced. Their website says they recommend having the tank serviced every 2-3 years (we don't have a garbage disposal in the kitchen sink).

I asked my mom about the quality of the service when the technician came. She said that the technician only drained ***some*** of the liquid sewage. There was no poking or agitating done to lift any of the harder sewage. The technician left some liquid and my mom asked why he wasn't draining everything. The technician said it's not necessary. Anyways, we called to see if anything could be done but all they offered was having someone come out again and being charged $646 again even though it's been less than a year.

We called another company who sent detailed steps of what will be done to clean the septic tank. It includes agitating the contents in the tank, which sounds way more thorough than the simple pumping some of the liquid sewage that ClearRiver Environmental did. Don't waste your money with this company and hire one that does thorough work and doesn't try to keep charging you for their shoddy work. Also the account is under my mom's name, so if they comment saying they don't have record of my name in the system, that's why. They have my mom's name.

They came to my house showed me a photo of someone else's cess pool said it was full ! I said it's new I can't believe it. Lied said it was when the man came to clean it I made him show it to me. It WAS NOT FULL. The photo was false. It cost me 395. I could have gone without this for at least 3 more years. Shame on them. I will never use them again. They cheat and they lie zero start

I called Clear River because my toilet was clogged and hundreds of attempts with the plunger were unsuccessful. What a mess as water overflowed every time I flushed. The man who answered the phone was a true gentleman and told me a plumber would be there that afternoon. He kept me posted with a phone call to tell me when the plumber would be here in 20 minutes. The plumber was such a nice man, both very professional and very personable. It took some time and effort but he unclogged my toilet. This company and the plumber himself get 5 stars! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Emergency. A waste line blockage that was discovered on Friday afternoon. By Saturday morning, with all water shut off, the situation was becoming uncomfortable. The usual plumber for the house arrived, but let us know that he did not handle this sort of situation.

So I called Clear River. It was Saturday morning, but they answered promptly, not an answering service, two-hour call-back situation. Nicole, awfully nice to deal with, put me on the schedule for two hours later. Bryan came on time and did a terrific, efficient, clean job. He quickly analyzed the cause of the blockage and gave us helpful advice. Thank you, Bryan.

I would call Clear River in the future without a second thought. When we need regular septic service in the future, I will call them.
