Andy came out to install a new toilet. He breezed in, talking a mile a minute, then breezed back out. When we looked at his work, we discovered he'd put the wrong lid on the toilet (circular lid, oval toilet). He had also forgotten to bolt the toilet to the floor, so sitting on it was like sitting on a rocking horse. We had to call him to come back and bolt the toilet to the floor. My husband ended up buying a new, correctly fitting toilet lid. We'll never use Clear Water again.

Very rude when discussing estimates. I didn't even have to meet him in person to know he is not a good business. If you can't present yourself well when discussing pricing then your business is not for me.

Never showed up. Gave me a three hour window and never came. I'd recommend finding someone more reliable and respectful. (clear water response is a flat out lie - stay away!)

I had a small leak repaired in March. It was a small pinhole leak in a freshwater pipe. It turns out it was not done correctly. I had to have it redone and pay another plumber. I am now out twice as much money as I should be. I am not happy and would not recommend or use again. I work with many different contractors in my career and word of mouth is everything.

Joel came out to do a kitchen install for my rental property. He was very detailed with his estimate and went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my fixtures, placement, and hardware before installing. He was very punctual and professional both in person and on the phone.
During the install, Joel came prepared, and was finished in a timely manner. He had to install a sink with fixtures, plumb in my dishwasher and water line to my fridge along with setting up a gas line for my stove. After the install, it didn't even look like any one was there! Everything was placed perfectly, there was no mess or scraps, it was move in ready! I don't think I have ever met a more thorough plumber! He also helped me with my steam heat system and gave me really great home owner tips! I will definitely be keeping him for any future plumbing / heating issues! Thank you Joel & Clear Water Plumbing!!
