We had a leak in our system and called Clear Flow. They were on time and got right to work to locate, diagnose, and repair someone elses work and stop the water damage. The plumbers were very professional and very courteous. This company is serious about customer service and has impressed us. We will call them again because they have gained our trust and respect.

I had a water backup in my basement and was referred to this company initially by my Home Warranty Company, and what I thought might be just a simple drain clearing, turned out to be something bigger than initially expected. They have taken a lot of time to explain everything fully, and have been candid about the repairs that are needed and why. The two technicians that came out were so polite, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They were very respectful of my home, and you would have thought they were doing work on their own house. What should have been a fairly easy job turned out to be something bigger, but they did not stop until they were certain nothing else could be done at that time and even called in another technician to assess, verify and assist as needed. Everything was cleaned up spotless. I couldn't be happier with this company and the people that work here. They have even taken time out of their busy schedules to speak to my family at length to explain step by step what was needed as far as the repairs and any steps I needed to take in my home to avoid any future issues. I would recommend this company 100% all day every day!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Only gave one star because there is nothing lower. They were recommended by our home warranty company for a water problem. Our well kept going dry. The first two appointments we made with them they never showed up. No call or nothing. The third day they showed up 2 hours late. They said they lowered the pump into the well deeper. Did nothing to improve the situation. Suggested we ""buy water and pour it down the well"". Finally had another company come out and our well is leaking. Fitting has to be replaced and our well is fine. If we would have dumped water into the well it would have leaked out also. Second company said it was obvious the well was leaking because of the water on the ground around the well. Do not use this company, they are incompetent and thieves

I've had the unfortunate experience to use this company twice where the service is below marginal. Through the HSA Home Warranty, we had to rely on this company where they scheduled an appointment between 1:00-5:00 pm but the plumber didn't arrive until 8:00 pm. Moreover, the plumber needed parts to complete the replacement where they never followed through and failed to complete the job. The second experience was pretty much the same where they fail to arrive within the given timeframe and not even have the courtesy to inform me of a delayed scheduled. I HIGHY discourage anyone from using this company and if you have to conform to your home warranty, inform them of the low quality service where thy will hopefully discontinue their association and replace with a much better and reputable service provider.

We got this company's service as part of a Home Warranty claim for leaky bathroom fixture. The technician claimed he saw no issue. The actual cause was a clog in the sewer pipe that we unfortunately found the hard way a few weeks later. We called a different company outside of the warranty to clear the clog, No issues since.
