Vartan saved us twice. Once, he came the next day because our toilet in the second floor was leaking and I was afraid it might flood. Fixed it up quite efficiently and we have not had a problem since. Two years later when we finally got fed up w a slow draining sink and failed to clear it up w an Amazon sink thing, he was here to take out two almost solid pieces of gunk and sand. I do not know what the prior residents were doing in that bathroom!

We also appreciate that he brings shoe covers as we have a no shoes indoors policy.

Anyways, bottom line: he has licensed, incredibly responsive, efficient (was in and out in 30 min?), professional, and his work doesn't break. Good pricing too. I can't think of anything else I would want when suddenly plumbing goes wrong.
