Really poor service from them. We called them to fix a ruptured tap outside my house. First came in and did a half repair saying they'll come back later. Had to be called twice to come back and continue with the job.

Then doubled there charges saying we had to come twice. Stay away.

The office answered immediately, and the lady was very helpful. She offered same day service in my preferred time window. This is a family business. Vlad showed up on time and was great at trouble shooting right away. Their prices were fair and Vlad was very professional. We will definitely call them again.

Office was so pleasant, efficient n got a technician at our house in 2 hours. He assessed our disposal problem n gave us 3 options cost wise. Being seniors.i wanted him to purchase the disposal for us based on their expertise. He scheduled a return visit in two days..politely called to say he will be a little late as first stop DIDNT have the deluxe model so was in line at second store. Cleared work area n finished job in 30 min n left kitchen area spotless. I couldn't ask for more..why did I wait a year...will definitely use CLEAR DRAIN PLUMBING again n refer it to friends. Like that it is a family run business

Prompt service. Called at 3:00 pm on a Friday afternoon, was told that they could arrive between 4:00 and 6:00 pm. Two men arrived at 4:30 pm.

I explained that I had tried to snake the main line with a 100' rental and could not clear the line. They stated they had two 75' coils and could go to 150'. A price was quoted and accepted. Work began.

An obstruction was hit at about 120'. They ( Vald and Jay) continued out to 150'. The snake was retrieved and the pipe was clear of water. I tested the drain by running the shower and flushing toilets. All was well.

Clear Drain Plumbing might be a little expensive but the service with an excellent attitude makes it well worth the money.

The technician, Vladimir, was an excellent representative of the company. The job was well done in good time and all my questions answered. I would certainly recommend Clear Drain and plan to call on them for future work.

I had a clogged kitchen sink that needed clearing. I looked up online the cost and it said $100 - $215. I called Clear Drain Plumbing and got them to come out. I was at work and my girlfriend was there at my townhouse. I get a call from her on the plumbers phone and I could barely understand him. He was a trainee that was there with Justin the owner. He mumbles its going to cost $338 and we have to cut your pipe to get into snake the drain. I said OK if that is what it needs, I have to get it done. My girlfriend says that they snaked it, but the snake started to go upstairs in another pipe, but they cleared it and put it back together. 45 minutes tops. I'm on my way home and she calls me and says there is a pipe dripping under the sink? I call CDP and it takes 2 hours for them to arrive. In a shitty mood this young guy says, I found your leak? I say what leak? I thought you fixed the drain. He says the valve is leaking and he wants $285 to fix that. I said that I wanted to talk to the owner (Justin)because there was not a leaking valve before. The owner then says, We didn't do anything. It must have been there before, you live in an old crappy house, are you calling me a liar? I cannot believe the poor customer service coming out of his mouth. I say it would be good customer service to fix the $8 valve and call it even.
He says why don't you fix it? (Nice!)
I hang up.
I went home at lunch today, and luckily I had a valve left over from when I re-did my bathroom and replaced the valve in 15 minutes. Cost $8 and 15 minutes of my time and I am not a professional plumber.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! THEY ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

Called this company as well as one other (a national name) on New Years Day to address a sewer line clog. The other company failed to come anywhere near their time estimate. Clear Drain was perfectly on time. The tech quickly but carefully diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote and explained the process he would follow. Took him approx 1.5 hours to resolve the issue. No additional charges incurred during his work. Perhaps not the least expensive company around, but they were courteous, skilled, efficient and clean. I recommend this company.
