Spoke with David(owner) last night and he had Ben, one of the plumbers come out to our home this morning to put in new shower fixture set.
Ben was very professional and knows how to get the problem fixed. There was quite a bit of work to do, and he had things fixed in a very reasonable time. I was very impressed with his kindness as I have a ton of stress from the loss of my husband as he passed onto heaven.
CLEAR AND PRESENT PLUMBING is always early or on time to our home. Very courteous men that work for this business.
Ben is exceptional as well with years of experience.

We had a water softener for the whole property, and two water heaters installed (one per house). The folks who did the work were unprofessional, and condescending. The price was acceptable, or we wouldn't have had it done, but I'd have been willing to pay more for professional service. I would not hire them again, nor would I recommend them.

Amazing service!! After calling two other plumbers yesterday with no response, I called David mid morning today due to a pinhole leak on my water heater. Travis was at my home by lunch. He had the leak diagnosed and repaired within what seemed like minutes! Super courteous and great at communicating the issues with my water heater. So, moved from Charlotte to Kyle & needed a good quality plumber. What an experience that was. Multiple phone calls later, checking Google & Yelp reviews - I selected C&PP based on my Realtor's advice, Chris Torrey. What a great & highly professional installation they did for my Insinkerator instant hot water tap & filter system. Some of the other companies I called were scary - wanted high fees to estimate, wanted to sell me more than I wanted, wanted to promote a good/better/premium service package. I just wanted good, fair, professional installation - which I got from Clear & Present Plumbing. My opinion: HIGHLY Recommended. Thank you David & Travis!!!
UPDATE: Travis did a professional install of my water softener - see the photos! Another company wanted $4500 for a water softener (no filter) - can you believe it. I called David & he advised to buy an AO Smith from Lowes & he would install it with a high flow Post (after) Filter. Look how nice! Total cost, install, softener, filter, multiple valves, delivery by Lowes, taxes, filter media... less than $2200. These guys are GREAT!

Reliable company with knowledgeable technicians. They showed up in less than 30 minutes and solved the issue on a weekend within 2 hours. My only complaint is that they left a huge hole and mess in my yard and driveway and I was to left to input a new irrigation box and clean everything. If I'm paying $200/hr after hours you'd think you could spend 30 more minutes to finish the job and put the new box. It took me longer to do it because I don't do it every day.

I was having a new shower built and needed a plumber. I started with a plumber I'd used previously but when the tile/bath installer came back, he commented on the issues he spotted with my new plumbing. I called my plumber who indicated that he could come back but it would be even more expense. I decided to start fresh. I am so glad I did. David gave me a very reasonable quote upfront, came the next day, made all the corrections and gave me a good explanation for what he had done and why. My installer came back the next day and was very impressed. So was I. Since then I've called David in to do a small job for me and again was impressed with his explanation of why and what he did. Also again, he was very reasonable.
David is very personable, professional and gets the job done correctly at a reasonable price in a reasonable amount of time.
